Awesome customer service! Some of our parts were chipped but they replaced them with no issues! The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is because we had to put better screws in the railing part, it kept coming apart.

This bed set came in two boxes. I was slightly worried when I opened both boxes and saw there were no instructions right there on the top but carried on unboxing. I got to the box with all the hardware, lights, etc, and figured instructions had to be in there but nope. Started getting more worried. Finished unboxing the entire bed set and no instructions. And not that I would normally say anything but there are chips out of at least a couple pieces. So far I certainly would not recommend. I would currently rate at 0 if I could but 1 is the lowest. I’ll update if I can ever find instructions online somewhere. ... show more
