The pack got cold very easily but now it’s rock hard, like concrete. I didn’t even put it in the freezer, just the fridge as instructed. I expected it would say jelly and moldable. Couldn’t say if it cool s or not as I was unable to use it.

You want these. You NEED these. My ‘personal summer’ moments last all day. I went from’that poor lady who’s cold all the time’ to “do you think I could get away with only wearing a sports bra in winter? No? I don’t think I can leave my house where the thermostat’s set at 60F.” Have you tried the reusable plastic hand warmers where you bend a metal piece inside of the warmer, the clear liquid inside turns cloudy, and the liquid stays warm for a half hour or so? This is like those, but simpler. They’re cloudy (and moderately cold) inside until they touch something warm. When they warm up (as you cool off) the liquid turns from cloudy to clear. That’s when you remove it. Then, the coolest thing happens—all you do is put it somewhere (purse, on a coffee table, etc) and they become cool/ cold again, ready for re-use. (!!!!!!!!!) These are AMAZING. These are discreet and easy to use. 10/10, Highly recommend. ... show more

Meh. They are cooler in your bra than you think they will be, but not really a dramatic cooling effect. If you’re hot enough to be sweaty, it’s not any better than a fan really. Given I did not buy these for menopause hot flashes, just thought might be good to have for when doing housework and get overheated. A regular ice pack would be more effective for me. ... show more

I wish the manufacturers would also put the Phase Change material in different shaped packaging, like a bunch of small squares that are attached to form a strip that could wrap around and cool necks, or bands that could wrap around the wrists at pulse points. ... show more
