Got this a dump truck and skid steer for sons 5th bday he loved them all but this is best the other two broke within two days , this thing is awesome and it’s fast. The digging arm does not really function it hardly touches ground but if you make a pile it works out.

We thought it was defective because it was Fully charged but not working. We pressed the pedal and all the control buttons. Nothing happened. My son was very disappointed. But my husband checked the connections and found a wire that had come loose. All set now. My son is excited again.

Bought this toy for my grandson for Christmas 2024. It worked great for the first four months it no longer works. It doesn’t turn. It doesn’t back up and the rabbit speed doesn’t work fully charged. It’s barely at a crawl and it won’t even turn very disappointed in this Item.

Bought this for our 4 year old as he had been asking for an excavator. He loves playing with this and driving around the yard with it. The tracks run good on various surfaces (grass, dirt, crushed stone, etc.). Seems to have a good runtime on a full charge. There is alot of plastic parts that need to be screwed together when assembling, best to hand tighten to avoid stripping out the screw holes. We were disappointed in that one of the track drive motors stopped functioning on the first day. Working with the seller- we were able to get a replacement motor relatively quickly.

OMG, She loves it so much. It's very well made and works just like a real one. Wish I knew about it sooner. Battery lasts, I connected my phone to it and she now has music while she works.

My grandson drives this all over our farm, in the grass and the sand. He loves that he can dig and push dirt. It drives fairly fast and he absolutely has the best time on it. Gave up his tractor and Jeep for this. I need to add to this review. Approximately 2 months after he got the excavator, he already wore out one of the gears and it would only move in a circle. We contacted the customer service, sent a video and they quickly mailed us a new part and the excavator is ready for spring digging. Excellent customer service!
