Came with a much higher quality charger than the Unitpackpower battery I bought for my wife’s e-bike. 3Amps vs 2Amps and the charger is aluminum with a cooling fan the keeps it cool to the touch vs a plastic body that gets over 155f (checked with a temp gun because it was concerning hot to the touch). The charging plug is also much easier to remove when using the joyisi charger. The UnitPackPower one is very difficult to remove, to the point where I’m genuinely concerned it will rip the port right off the unit if not handled correctly. Considering my interactions with Joyisi customer service vs UPP I can say without a doubt Joyisi is going to be the better option to deal with if you have an issue.

Been working great for 2 years and still holds the same charge as when purchased. The first one they delivered had issues and would not function unless it was plugged into the outlet. I was able to get it replaced without any issues.

I was skeptical buying such a large battery for only $400, and on Amazon no less... But when the "better" options are $200-300 more expensive it's kind of hard not to gamble a little. Having lots of high reviews also helped, so here is what I've got so far: Installation was annoying given the size of the mount and placement of the screw slots, but the Grinn double bob may help to solve any mounting/orientation issues (when it arrives). Right now it's sort of backwards on the down tube and the battery needs to slide "uphill" to fully seat on the mount, but at least it's holding. The battery is paired with a Toseven DM02 mid-drive motor, the drive chain is 42t in the front and 11-42t in the back. My first ride started with a full charge and covered everything from fast flat stretches, to whizzing up long steep hills at 14MPH. Power consumption ranged from less than 200W on the flats to 760W continuous on the hills. I got 51 miles before the battery was at 31%, and no less than ten of those miles were spent at full power. I'm estimating this to be 14 Wh/mile, which is actually very good. First impressions exceeded expectations, but of course this is my first real experience with an ebike so I don't actually know what to expect yet. Further testing will be performed without switching through every power level, and that will give me more useful data in terms of expected range with this battery. Charging is not the fastest even from 75%, but from what I've read a 3A charger should be a fair compromise between charging speed and longevity of the battery. Plan your rides accordingly and charge only when you have enough downtime, or invest in a 5A charger if it really matters that much. Either way, this seems to be a legit battery that doesn't lie about it's capacity, and at this price it's pretty hard to beat. Only time and many miles will tell if it's reliable, so I will update this review sometime in the future once I've gathered more data.

Wow, super fast shipping - ordered on a Sunday and received on Tuesday. The warehouse must be in Los Angeles CA area, I reside 90 miles away in San Diego county. I am super happy that this battery fits onto the battery base already on my bike - which is for a 48-volt UPP Hailong battery. The battery housings are very similar, the only difference is the 52-volt housing is about 5 inches tall and the 48-volt housing is about 4.25 inches tall. I even got lucky that I didn't have to reposition the base up to account for the taller battery. This new battery powered up right away with about a 60% charge. The 3-amp charger I received has a plastic housing and like the 2-amp charger for my 48-volt battery, it gets hot. I have an Eggrider V2 display which can accommodate three different type batteries. The only issue I have setting up the 52-volt battery is I don't know what the cut-off voltage is set for. It s not listed on the battery nor in the manual. I’ll be using 42v for now. Time will tell as to the battery’s quality and longevity. I’ll post updates.

Bought this battery April 2022, came with the wrong set of keys, contacted customer support they offered to ship out new battery. I went to a half a dozen locksmiths to see if I could get a key made for the battery. Apparently this key type is not very common and I was told they could not make a new key. Found a locksmith who suggested that he could re-key the lock to the keys that came with it. Contacted customer support and suggested this as a solution versus waiting weeks to receive a replacement battery. They agreed and reimbursed me the full cost of rekeying the lock. They were willing to go out of their way so that I did not have to Wait weeks for a replacement battery. One month before the one year warranty the battery would not charge. Contacted customer support, no problem, they are willing to replace/repair The Battery. I am giving them four stars only because of issues with the battery, but I have to say the battery worked great. Just bad luck with it going bad. I would rate their customer support FIVE STARS ***** It’s nice to know they stand behind their products. I’ll will do an update once I receive the new battery. Update: 4/15/2023 The replacement battery came really fast. The battery charged up and I was able to test it on a 36-mile bike ride. The bike display estimated approximately 5 miles remaining on battery performing just like the original battery. I have charged the battery and will be riding again this weekend. Looks to be a GOOD REPLACEMENT battery.

I’ve been using the 52v 20ah battery for a couple months. I put it through the paces, including some fairly rough terrain, fast (5amp) charging, full drain to nominal voltage, etc, and have been impressed enough to order a second battery.
