Been working great for 2 years and still holds the same charge as when purchased. The first one they delivered had issues and would not function unless it was plugged into the outlet. I was able to get it replaced without any issues.

Sometimes battery will be 100% charged but won’t turn on the bike display. Just plug it into charger and turn on display and it works from then on. If it sets for a while (a week or 2). Same thing happens, same fix works, until it doesn’t

Overall: Hooked this up to a Trike with at 1500 wheel. Ensemble pictured above. Pros: Has lasted so far over 20 miles on one charge. I haven't ran it dead yet! Have used it for over a month so far. Using it on a 1500 power electric bike kit, which drains the battery faster. On a lower power electric kit you may very well double it. Cons: A bit difficult to remove the battery for charging but it loosens with use

In my opinion, this is the best ebike battery value on Amazon (as of 8/2020). I looked at a bunch of others that didn't have as many amp hours for the price, or had bad reviews for failed cells and short life. This battery delivers great power to my 1200W ebikeling kit on a 700C bike, and I was able to go about 20 miles in stop and go situations without pedaling at all and still had 30% battery left.

It's been more than 3 months since I bought this battery. I was a little skeptical at first, I thought it's another one of those knock off batteries from China. But I'm glad I did buy this, I read all the review before buying as I know returning would be too much hassles. I suggest that buyers should read reviews from verified buyers before purchasing especially items more than $300.00.

I Love The Battery power but it doesn't hold a charge long enough! I'm Getting about 2hours before the first indicator light goes out! I'm scared to ride too long on the second light! Other than that, I Love it!
