I just started using this a few days ago, and so far I LOVE IT. My little basement apartment doesn't have a faucet in my main room, and I got tired of hauling in loads of bottled waters just to make my morning coffee. I have this on a 5 gallon refillable jug of water on my counter top. I love the convenience of the touch-on-touch-off. So far it works perfectly. I have this on a 3 gallon jug at work and it’s magnificent! Works very well, and I love that I don’t have to go through lots of buttons to just get water. One press to start and one press to stop. Even my 5 year old doesn’t struggle with the button (an issue with another type we have at home)!! The battery last forever, too! This one sits on top of the jug/bottle/whatever, but I’m sure it won’t be difficult to make a stand to have it separate from the jug, which I plan to do at some point, just for fun. Anyway, highly recommend! Having something like this has helped me feel like I’m making a difference no longer buying thousands of individual water bottles every year. Instead I have two 5 gallon containers and one 3 gallon container that I take to refill every week. I love that I don’t have to have that big contraption you see at doctor’s offices in order to use the 5 gallon jugs!! And this would be SO easy to travel with, too! Oh, and it’s not very noisy! If I remember, I’ll try to update with a video when I get to work.

We were thinking of replacing, and upgrading our water cooler unit. Came across this water dispenser unit and decided to give it a try. We did not have high expectations because it looked kind of gimmicky. Received nicely package and instructions were easy to follow. Charged the unit overnight. Easily placed the tube/hose into the unit and down the 5 gallon water jar. Tube went all the way down to the bottom. Pushed the button to dispense water, and water flowed out with very little noise from the unit. The unit is made of decent quality, and although it is not meant to screw onto the top of the water dispenser, the unit does not jiggle or not loose. Because of this, we have decided not to pay for a new water cooler unit. We had to figure out where to just place the 5 gallon water jug - and not on the floor. Walked around the house to check for any ideas and in the backyard we had a 2 foot height wrought iron table. Brought that into a corner Od the kitchen and the jug fits on it perfectly. The water dispenser is accessible to the entire family. So far we have gone thru half of the 5 gallon water jug and no recharging required yet. The unit itself is very lightweight.

The media could not be loaded. We absolutely love this purchase! Took it camping and impressed the group, and we use it in our kitchen too! It works so well and so easy to clean, I can literally go on and on about how excited we are about this item. We bought another one specifically for camping and managed to get it on sale! Good 3 hour battery life and great price. I’m sure you could even use it to shower in a pinch while camping. Only downside is it’s wobbly, but if you don’t knock it off the jug, everything is fine. All in all, happy customer!

I bought this for my sons water table so i didn't have to keep pouring water. It truly helped, however, I am not sure if I am doing it wrong but it is not a continuous flow since it is meant for a water jug. It will randomly turn off. I am trying to figure out if a continuous flow is possible. It is not the end of the world if we need to continue pressing the power button. It also does make a noise but nothing that is too unbearable.

So easy to use, and the fact that you can recharge it with a USB charger, not even having to use batteries, makes it so much easier. No need to buy expensive stands and struggle with turning the giant bottle upside down in a dispenser or an old fashioned dispenser that can get stuck on and leak all over the place. With the slight touch of the button water comes out perfectly every time. An amazing product.
