Update on this amazing product. The part where the spout goes in to so the water pumps thru breaks with the slightest touch. Mine has broke. Before the product broke it was a amazing product that I wish would not have broke and if I had the money I would buy it again. It sits on the top of a 5 gallon water jug from Walmart and last me quite a while. It is very loud if your camping and want water in the middle of the night but that's no problem for me. I wish the seller would replace the item. I will not argue with Amazon as they just scream and hang up in your face. I need a replacement but the seller will not answer and i refuse to deal with amazon screaming at me and hanging up in my face so I have a lawyer

Pump works great. Strong flow. Easy to use. Just push the button on then push again for off. Looks nice on the water jug. It would be 5 stars but instructions aren't real clear on installation but installation is simple. Peal sticker from top of jug Pop out plastic plug from jug Attach hose to end of pump Feed hose through hole in jug Set pump on top of jug firmly Press the button and you have water Instructions also say to charge fully before using Also there was no silicone hose included (i used the plastic tube from an older manual pump this was replacing) and the charge cable was the wrong one. Aside from those things, it is really a nice pump. Just can’t give 5 stars for the missing and wrong items.
