This is a great thing to have around in case of emergency. We live in the desert, so AC is extremely important in the summer months. We ordered this as a just-in-case backup. It's for a smaller space, so don't expect it to cool your whole house. The instructions are clear and it's easy to set up.

This is a lifesaver! its working GREAT for several months now! we have whole house air but it does Nothing in the upstairs! We got this up and running while the air conditioner was broken and waiting for repair and its made a Huge difference for our sleeping and overall bedroom comfortability. perfect bedroom size. super easy to install out the window. seemed to come with a panel for a side opening window but we were easily able to convert it to our standard window. the exhaust pipe needed reinforced with duct tape but that was an easy fix. ... show more

    • Don’t waste your money
I had it less then 2 months and It stopped working, I’ve looked online to troubleshoot and nothing had worked it gives an E1 error message I’ve un plugged it, drained it cleaned it rest it let it sit for over a week nothing fixes it. Absolutely regret buying it.

    • Tube doesn’t connect well
It cools well. My main complaint is if you want to move it around, the tube VERY easily falls out of both ends. Gonna have to glue/tape it so it doesn’t do that

Unit is very quiet and cools much better than you would expect from a unit this size. My favorite part is the output vent. Most of these type of coolers have a top vent that sends the air up and to the right. The vent on this in in the front so you can get more directed air in the direction you want. ... show more

I thought this would be could for a bedroom seeing the 10000 BTU rating. Setting up and get it running was no problem but once I got it running that when I knew something wasn't right. I left it on for an hour in a room that requires 8000 BTU. I noticed that it struggles to keep the room cool and found it underpowered. ... show more
