This is good value for the money and includes a one-year warranty. It wouldn't be good for gaming, but for normal things like word processing or email, it is very good. The only issue I have so far is that the user manual (that's a stretch to call it a "manual") refers to the EcoHero official website for firmware upgrades, etc. I have done a ton of searches and have yet to find that site. I think the laptop is really nice looking and comes packaged well. I received my laptop today but found out the right side number pad and the F1-F12 keys are not working. I tried troubleshooting with a representative but we had no luck. I'm also very confused on why the screen says 6 S3 0467 in faint red writing. This looks like a error code. Is this normal. The company will send me a replacement but I hope these issues are resolved. But again this is a very nice looking laptop. I can not review how well it functions at the moment but I will be back to update. *Update* The minor issues have been resolved. It was as simple as explaining the FN key must be used for functions. This product is awesome, I have not had any issues with picture, sound, speed or any other. I will definitely recommend this product, and I will be buying two more for my kids. ... show more

Was looking for a replacement laptop that was lighter than what I had but in the same price range. I work from home full-time, just need something for business - virtual meetings, electonic billing, word processing, and the occasional role play video game w my daughter. The WiFi driver stopped working. (I noticed at least one other review mentioned this.) The sound - even at max volume - was too quiet. I thought it might be a Windows 11 issue, although the laptop came with it installed. Tried troubleshooting sound issues incl w Win 11. Nothing worked but did not exhaust all possibilities. Then there's the mousepad. It's too big and right in the center. I prefer an external mouse so I locked the pad off, but it still clicked every time I typed. Frickin' irritating!! My previous laptop is a Lenovo which uses a smaller pad and places it left of center. I am returning this item. ... show more

Nothing but problems from the beginning. Keyboard is very "hard" to type on, not smooth a and easy keys. We kept losing internet connection, and now it is saying the Realtek wireless LAN adapter is bad.
