Makes fantastic ice quickly but the unit doesn’t maintain a freezing temp inside the ice maker so I have to drain it often and have wet ice as well. Cannot get the customer support I need to troubleshoot/fix this problem

Perfect for what we need it for. I bought this one because of the feature to connect a water jug to it instead of a water line, although it has that option as well. I rigged one of the tops to add the drain line in the water jug to recycle the ice that melts because it does “waste” a lot of water if you use a separate container. ... show more

    • Good but ice comes out in large chunks
It works well but in order to use ice u have to break it apart because when it drop it comes out in large chunks of small pieces but overall works great will turn off and not turn back on on any form of power surge.. drains very little water when you don’t have a outlet for hose connection . Definitely great for a household that is constantly buying ice for work ice chest daily ... show more

Product worked great for about 2-3 months. It began failing on an E2 error code. Contacted Customer Service-Sophie. She immediately sent another unit out to replace the faulty one. The new unit installed and producing ice.

We absolutly love this! And for the price you cannot beat it. We have bagged so much ice for events and it is so nice when you have company over that you have great ice at all times! The ice is always fresh because it is always making more. The only down side to this is it does make some noise so I would make sure it is put in an area where you won't hear it all the time. Ours is in our laundry room so we don't hear it when we are sleeping or watching tv. ... show more

Our Ice Machine failed in the first 10 days. I contacted Joy Pebble's After Sales Support Center. We tried troubleshooting techniques but did not fix E2 error. Frankie sent us a new unit that arrived in 4 days! It has been working perfectly thus far. I will update after 30 days of use... FYI: THESE ICE MACHINES ARE NOT BUILT BY THE SELLERS. THEY ARE SOLD TO THE SELLERS WHO PUT THEIR NAMES ON THEM. What makes the sellers different is the customer Support you receive after the purchase. JOY PEBBLE has EXCELLENT support after purchase! My agent FRANKIE was exemplary!! This machine does not run out of ice EVER!
