This is really nice head set for the price. You can switch what ear you put it in just by spinning the piece that goes over your ear. Ppl I talk to can hear me clearly and I can hear them clearly as well. The charging case is sleek and not super bulky, I can slip it ij my pocket and not have an issue. Wish that the controls on the headset were easier to use, ie turning off, adjusting volume. But for the price, it is a great headset and gets great reception. No dropped calls, and the reception is very clear without interference.

I do a lot of talking on the phone due to my truck driving job and always use a headset to communicate so I can focus on the road. I have tried a lot of over the ear headsets and this one tops the list. It fits perfectly in my ear and doesn't bother me at all. The Bluetooth connectivity is also great, I sometimes forget my phone in the truck and I can still use the headset near the trailer. I have no complaints from the people that I am talking to on the phone. Other headsets pick up the road noise, this one is great at cancelling out the road noise. I use a iPhone and all functions on this headset works with the iPhone. I forgot to mention the lifetime warranty on this is a big selling point to me. You can charge the headset with the case or by its self, and charges up pretty fast. Instructions are easy to read and understand. I am a customer service representative whose main job is taking calls in an inbound call center. I used this for less than month before callers began telling me they can hear me. I am only a few days past the time I can return product for a refund. In addition, it is hard to use because of the way it swivels and very uncomfortable. Definitely not something reliable or long lasting. The only good thing is the rechargeable case and the long battery life, although what good is that if the sound quality is terrible. Pros: Sound quality is great. Connection stable with good range. Battery life is good too. Cons: Very uncomfortable after a few minutes. Powered through the soreness for a good 2 hours and left bruise in inner ear. Will try adjusting more for another week, but this is a deal breaker. Update: After about a month, I will keep them based on the sound and reception quality. Still uncomfortable to wear for extended periods of time. Will look for some cushion options. ... show more

This device is amazing. I’ve had it for a couple weeks now and for the price you cannot beat it. It stage charged for quite a long time standby time for mine is 48 hours or more and with me steady using it is stays charged for about a day and a half With steady use so I highly recommend this device. Crystal clear sound! CAN'T TURN OFF OR HANG UP CALL without using phone. Even if I am pressing very hard they're simply no indication that the headset is off. This is very concerning because if you don't use the phone to disconnect, callers can potentially hear anything you are saying after your call is done. I love the fact that it can charge while in the case. The charging cord is missing it was not in the box or in the case but it's a basic charging cord, but it's a USB-C which is pretty common. Overall seems like a solid headset and it's pretty comfortable over ear, but if I can't figure out how to disconnect or turn it off much easier it's going back. ... show more
