--- I purchased a JOVS face mask with the expectation of long-term use, especially given the advertised one-year warranty. Unfortunately, after only seven months, several of the lights stopped working, making the device ineffective. What’s more concerning than the product failure is the lack of customer support. I have made multiple attempts to contact the company through their listed channels and have received no response. For a product at this price point, both reliability and support should be standard, and in this case, neither has been delivered. A warranty is only meaningful if the company stands behind it, and based on my experience, JOVS does not. I would strongly caution potential buyers to consider this before purchasing, as you may be left with a defective product and no recourse. ... show more

If there were 10 stars you will get it from me! Great but make sure you pay the right price all my friends are buying it! I’ve been using the JOVS mak for the last 4 months consistently and already noticed my skin looks brighter , getting lots of feedback from friends asking what I am doing 🤗🤗🤗and more refreshed. It feels lightweight and comfortable to wear, and the sessions are easy to fit into my routine while working doing shores or watching tv I like that it combines red light therapy with a sleek design.
