Don’t forget- no running with scissors
Style: Herb Stripper
I freaking love these scissors. They’re almost scary how sharp they are. And the way they come apart and how easy they are to put back together is so nice for cleaning. The germs can’t stay between the blades like regular scissors. I’ve used them for almost a year now I think? I’ve noticed some dulling but it’s because I’m merciless with them, and I know it. I don’t put them in the dishwasher but I do cut through things that normal scissors wouldn’t be able to slice through.

Bought an extra pair
Style: Herb Stripper
I love these scissors. My second pair as I use them so much I don’t clean them fast enough! I quickly cut my pizza, deli meat for salads, smaller herbs, food packages, and flower stems.

I would buy again.

I like the weight of these . Very strong. I like that I can use both hands if needed. They also work pretty good on small packages.Cut a wire with it. No problem.I like that the finger holes are a good size for me. I do have petite hands.

SERIOUS Scissors
Style: Herb Stripper
My kitchen scissors that live in the "catch all drawer" were looking pretty skuzzy. Since they have to be close to 20 years old, I felt like it was time for a new pair- and maybe an upgrade. BOY did I find it! I've been pleased with almost everything I've purchased from Joseph Joseph, and this is no exception. These suckers are heavy duty and worth twice the price Amazon is selling them for. Among other things- like the separate for easy and thorough cleaning- I am amazed at how sharp these are. Obviously, my old kitchen scissors were more dull than I realized. I just wish Joseph Joseph would embrace some color other than this drab shade of green. Truth be told, green isn't a color I am particularly fond of- but their green is extra unappealing. If the quality wasn't there, I wouldn't still be buying their products.

A little stiff to use
Style: Herb Stripper
I have a number of Joseph and Joseph items. This one isn't a favorite. They feel a little stiff. Like these, I have some similar, that also come apart for better cleaning and I actually like them better. I don't think I would be in such a hurry to replace my kitchen shears without having a chance to maybe try them in a store.

Very useful
Style: Herb Stripper
Used this countless times. Comes in handy. Without it would not have been able to open food packaging. High quality.

LOVE THESE SCISSORS - LOTS OF POWER
Style: Herb Stripper
Great scissors. Plenty of power and easy to use AND they come apart for thorough cleaning which is so important for the kitchen.

Easy to clean!
Style: Herb Stripper
Nice quality scissors and I love that they pull apart for easy cleaning. I've used them exclusively in the kitchen. Sometimes I cut up fruit like strawberries with them. They work nicely.
