I'm a bit torn on my feelings for this mat. I like its construction with the easy put out feature, but It doesn't dry out at all. It seems to trap water, keeping it from evaporating. Scummy stuff forms quickly that is very smelly. If you pour out the water and dry inside each opening after each use with a towel, then it keeps this from happening. ... show more

I purchased two of these in different colors, they look great and work well. The one drawback is that they are not easy to clean. I have to use a toothbrush and it takes forever to clean them, just note this.
