The included Canva template was an added surprise to be able to print photos the correct size to make the magnets. Also included were blank white sheets that my granddaughter used to decorate and make into magnets. The quality of the machine is great, especially for the price. From my 7 year old granddaughter to a 65 year old grandma it was easy and fun to use. So happy with my purchase! This is a cheaper alternative to an industrial button maker. It works fine, but there is a learning curb. I had no issues creating 5 different buttons using old comics, but my partner struggled making their first 2 buttons. In total we've made about 15 buttons and 13 out of the 15 had no issues. I own an industrial button maker and when I first started making buttons I had a similar success rate. I would say this product is an awesome way to dip your toes into button making or as a fun hobby button maker. I don't see it working well for businesses as the quality is on the lower end, but in comparison to an industrial button maker I would say this machine is worth the price. I will say my only issue with this product is the fact that some of the film I got was damaged in the packaging. ... show more

Fun project for kids. You get what you paid for. The press does not close the magnet all the way and all the time. I had about 1/10 close properly every time. Good enough for my 5 year to make magnet creations and presents for her teachers and family. Also I chipped my thumb while pressing. No matter how much a changed the pressure on the press, it never consistently pressed perfect close. Giving 4 stars because it is good to keep my kid busy. ... show more

I bought a cutter a couple months ago not realizing that I also needed a press to complete these magnets! I'm using my QR code to access my online business card (I'm a performing musician with one other player), and wanted to level it up by sealing the code in a fridge magnet. This machine arrived yesterday and I was able to create a magnet to take to work lastnight. I plan to offer these magnets to customers so they will keep my card on their fridge. I'm so glad I got this little press, I think it will be as effective as the big metal ones. It comes with a Canva template and a You Tube link, and plenty of support.     • Overall Not Worth The Money or Time

This is the second time we have purchased this machine. The first one was ok and made magnets pretty well. Eventually the base cracked right in half from the pressure of having to press it down. The second machine is terrible. A lot of the magnets you make will not stay together and will fall apart before you are even done putting on the magnetic back. They do not seem to fold the paper and plastic cover over and around enough to keep it secure under the plastic backing piece. Each time we try to use it we lose about 25-30% of the magnets to this problem. For example the last set I made was 22 magnets and 6 of them were defective. The problem is compounded by the fact that you can take the bad ones apart and reuse the white backing but you cannot reuse the metal square or plastic front cover so those are just trashed. This may be fine if you're just using this to make a few magnets for home. Don't expect this cheap machine to work for any small biz endeavors. ... show more

Very difficult to use I messed up at least 12 buttons trying to get one. And it doesn’t stay together for even afterwards. It starts to separate. I’ve watched YouTube videos and did it slowly pressed long and hard and still I had to use crazy glue and other things to keep them together. Worse product wasted money. Do not buy ... show more
