I like the variety of the colors in the pack. I am using them under some bowls on a shelf which helps keep the furniture from being scratched or marred. I am sure they would work well for dishes that hold hot food on the table, but I have not used them for hot pots and pans and I do not know how they would hold up. The cost for the trivets is a good price, other stores are higher and the quality is not comparable. I wish they offered 10 and 12" trivets in a variety of colors with some patterns. ... show more

I like the color and pattern assortment and that they are nice and stiff with enough thickness to keep any normal-sized pan from contacting the table or counter surface.
