I really appreciated how the rug was packed before being shipped, lots of plastic wrap, roll bar, and even had cloth covers on each end for extra protection. After I opened it up and rolled it out, I noticed how nearly all four corners would not lie flat. So I had to consult YouTube for advice on that… a free ice cubes and heavy enough object did the trick. Overall, I’m very happy with how this rug looks and feels. I was a little nervous about the geometric shapes to tie in to our light, farmhouse feel but it's better than I imagined! Came nicely package and unrolled nicely. No annoying bumps! I know some people are super concerned about "chemical smells" so to ease your mind if that's you, there was no weird smell. Thinner so if you want a thick rug, skip this. If we hadn't had the couch on it, I would definitely suggest an anti-slip mat. I did use tape for the corners to hold it in place on the sides away from the couch. ... show more
