*** REVIEW UPDATE *** I was contacted by the company when I explained my problem and they were more than willing to work with me. We went back and forth with options and they figured it was easier to just send me replacement parts so I could get the chair working properly again. The parts came and now the chair works PERFECTLY!!! THE COMPANY'S CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TOP NOTCH!!! I'VE HAVEN'T SEEN MANY COMPANIES GO THE DISTANCE THEY DID TO GET MY CHAIR FIXED PROPERLY. The reason for the 3 stars though is after sitting in it twice now the chair won't recline no matter how much you pull the cord. The night after I put it together I sat in it and did everything and had no issues. The next morning my girlfriend sat in the chair and reclined as well with no issues. I then tried to sit in it again and now it doesn't recline. The only way to make it recline is to fiddle around under the chair until it finally opens up again to recline. So it's either keep it from reclining or leave it in the reclined position the whole time. That's not they way I wanted to have a chair. The included pic is from the bottom of the chair of the cord with something that might be loose. I'm checking with the seller to see if that's the problem and can be fixed. If it can be fixed and works again then I'm changing this review to 5 BIG STARS! If not then hopefully they'll replace the chair with a new one. ... show more

The chair is comfortable, but feels a little flimsy, it kind of teeters if you lean over one side or the other. A stronger base plate should probably fix it. Other than that, the chair is fine. It has a max weight limit of 350-375 lbs, for me it's fine but for overweight people, might just fall apart. ... show more

This chair....the massage is simply a buzzing vibration. The heat is just warm. The arms fell off in less than 3 months. It is uncomfortable. I feel completely ripped off. Go to a furniture store and see what you are getting. Don't waste your money on this.

Update: after having this chair for a few days it started squeaking when I was rocking. I sprayed WD-40 on the underneath to try to stop it. I had to do this every couple of days for about a week and then it just quit squeaking entirely. It may have had something to do with breaking it in. It has not squeaked at all for a couple weeks now. I rock in it almost constantly if it’s not reclining.I have not had to spray it since it stopped squeaking. It is very comfortable. The rocking motion and swiveling are smooth. The tracks to slide the 4 pieces together are metal and sturdy. The massager and pulling handle work great. The handle to pull is next to your right thigh against the armrest on the inside. Has two pockets with one on each side. The only thing that will take some getting used to is sitting or standing from a rocking chair. I have never had one before. My dogs love the lap when I am rocking.     • Great chair bad side install design cheap and can break easy!
Love the chair heat and massage actually works very well. My only disappointment of the chair is the lower sides how they install to the Sea of the chair is a bad design they slide on by two boards designed brackets and if you lean on them you can damage them .

In the title description, the seller states that this is an oversized chair. It is anything but oversized. Unless you are a small person, you will not be happy with the size of this chair. It’s not very well made and not comfortable at all. The lumbar area feels strange and the arms are flimsy. The heating is only in one area and weak. The massage is nothing but a very noisy vibration. If you want to annoy everyone in the room and not be able to hear the TV, then turn on the vibration. Lastly, a word about the seller. They talk the talk but when you charge $100 to ship something, you should get that item out quickly and with a reputable carrier. This chair comes in two boxes and the seller only shipped one box. They told me that both boxes left the same warehouse together and then after only one arrived they changed their story and tried to blame Fedex. FedEx told me that they only have label info from the seller and no package. About a week later, the second half of my chair arrived. My advice would be to spend a little more money and get a larger, better quality product. ... show more

Love everything about this recliner. Comfortable, looks rich and super easy to assemble. Swivels extremely easily. It reclines and stays in the position desired.
