It looks exactly like the photos, the sizing is correct, and color is perfect. The backs of all 3 sections fold down just like they are supposed to. It’s not squishy, but I didn’t expect it to be coming from Amazon, however it’s not hard either. Super simple and easy to put together. Can be put together with one person, and zero tools needed, very quickly. It took me maybe 25 minutes to unpack the boxes and put it together. Shipping was super expensive but it got delivered in like 2 days. The green is a bit deeper than in the photos because of my overhead light. I love the color. It’s not too big or too small. The texture is soft. The bottoms of all the legs have glides so it’s super easy to push the couch itself and the leg rest on hardwood without damaging it. I just got it today so I can’t say much about the integrity of the couch over time. But initially it’s built properly and nothing is damaged or incomplete. Getting a couch is not cheap and this one was a great price for the quality. It is the couch that you would use to lounge around in but it’s a great one for workspace. I like how it set up as it feels inclusive. It also is strong, and after several months of use, the mattress is still firm as it was when we first bought it, although it has been broken in a little bit to make it a little softer to sit on. It’s a beautiful couch and relatively easy to put together! It would probably be great for staging a home but it’s honestly not that comfy to sit on.

    • Disappointing couch and impossible “customer service”

This couch is cute for sure but by no means a couch you would want for your living room. It is so lightweight that when my boyfriend sit on it next to me I can feel the couch push back. Assembled correctly and not all legs touch the floor. The faux microfiber/ faux suede material it is made of feels cheap and is a magnet for dust, hairs, pet fur, etc. It also shows any kind of imperfection, my dog is allowed to sit on the couch at night with us and when she gets down it looks like there are scratches all over it. Once I brush it down it doesn’t show anymore but this couch has just been a pain in my a**. I wasn’t going to let $750 go for nothing so I requested a return and it was approved but I will not be receiving help with shipping so it is going to cost me about $100 to return it. Worth it anyways. I wouldn’t waste your time, you CAN find a couch for this price in the stores where you can actually try it out first! UPDATE: after communicating back a forth with customer service to inquire about possibly getting new boxes to return or receiving help with cost of return they informed me that they might not even let me return in, they offered a “discount” on the couch I don’t want, they offer to send more legs or pillows, they even offered to give me a “discount” for a set of 2 chair for $260? What? If I am not happy with what I bought from you in the first place why would I give you more money for something else I never needed anyways. Very frustrating, waste of time. Luckily for me Amazon customer service has services in place to protect their customers from their third party sellers, I am receiving assistance from Amazon directly now. I WOULDNT BUY, you can find a much better couch for the same or close to this cost, I did. Overall the positive side would be the aesthetics. Beautiful color, sleek design, and an option to fold it down to make it into a futon, the l shape with ottoman option for this price is unbeatable. This couch checks the box for the elements that I was looking for. The first box I received had a defective item, but the seller was very responsive is resolving the issue and I got the new part right away. Regarding the comfort level, it would be more on the soft firm side - it would not feel like a mattress. However, after sitting there for a month, the cushion softens and loosens up, and I feel that it is pretty comfortable to sit on. A slight downside for me is that the height of the couch parts do not align perfectly and slightly uneven, but considering its price and its functionality, I believe it is not a deal breaker. Easy to assemble! The velvet fabric is amazingly soft and easy to clean! ( specifically dirty little cat paw prints) The green color is absolutely beautiful! It is comfortable to sit on and I've fallen asleep on it a few times already. The cushions are firm but not hard. Sturdy. Amazed at the quality given the price..would recommend! UPDATE It has been a year and this couch is so so uncomfortable. i have chronic back pain after falling asleep on it once. after very little use the springs are poking out, the space where the couch connects between the cushions is higher than the cushions and it impossible to sit on without jabbing up through your spine. i weigh 120lbs, and cannot sit comfortably.-am now looking for cushions/pads to cover the length of the seats. I would not recommend beyond its pretty to look at. ... show more

Came quickly, and the color is bold and bright. The seller communicates promptly, and it was easy for one person to assemble. As others mentioned, it's not "cushy," but I like that because it doesn't cause wrinkles. It's only the first day, but I'm very pleased with it. ___ It has been just over a week, and it still looks great, especially the orange color. It isn't the most comfortable sofa, and you can't sit in one spot for too long without feeling achy. Still, for the price, you have to give up something. ... show more
