This is a superior product and both my dog and I agree on this. I used 2 bottles worth of this joint product and my dog's pain stopped. She is not an old dog, but had begun limping on one front leg. I waited to see if it would get better and, when it didn't, I ordered this product. I did not order a 3rd bottle because it is expensive (minus one star for cost). Three weeks later she started limping again for no known reason. Obviously, she needs these on a long term basis. I was glad that I had a code for a free bottle in exchange for my review but, honestly, I would have ordered it anyway, if my rampage through the house to find the code had been futile. I had nearly given up looking. NOTE! Always look in the last place that you think the lost item will be. Anyway, this stuff works, and my dog likes them and thinks they are treats. She won't eat any other pills without a battle. I just toss these in her bed at night and they are gone. Give them a try! You and your dog have little to lose and much to gain. ... show more

I have 10 yr old German shepard rescue and she's beginning to age. I had noticed she'snot as eager to go for long walks or she would slow down on them. And was have a noticeable difference laying down and getting back up. So I decided to try these. My husband and I both take glucosamine w/msm and it's helped us so we thought it would help our dog- the dog version .. it has. June 2020 update: Continue to have good results with this Hip & Joint formulation. Kiva does a slow-but-steady twice around the park once a day and she looks forward to her morning pill. Thanks, Vita Pet Life. When my 12 yr old Heeler was diagnosed with minor arthritis, I wanted to find a way to reduce her discomfort without pharmaceutical side effects so I began trying different brands and formulations of "natural" pain relief. I've been using VitaPetLife Hip and Joint for a few weeks and have already noticed my dog exhibits less slowness in getting up, more desire to go for walks, and generally, she has more energy. I've used some other homeopathic remedies including some with curcumin but this is the best response out of 4 different brands over the last 1-2 years. My 25lb lab mix loves these! She is 11 years old. Since we started giving her Coco and Luna Hop and joint we have seen less shaking of her hind legs. Ot is also easier for her to get up the stairs. Highly recommend.

Ordered this product before because Trader Joes doesn't carry it anymore. Although this product is more expensive, it serves the purpose. My dog is allergic the chicken and this product doesn't have any form of it.

I changed from a different brand of chewy glucosamine hip & joint supplements to this one and ever since switching, my 2.5 y/o Australian cattle dog/GSD mix has started to get up and walk like an old stiff man again. On the other supplements, he stopped doing that. So, these can’t be working. I’ll go back to my other brand. ... show more

My usual product was not available at the store I've used for the last 20 years and was very happy to find this product that compares to it. I had a standard poodle who was in excellent shape - no arthritis or joint pain but passed away from unrelated reasons and currently have an 11 year old who is free moving - she still acts like a puppy - very active - again no arthritis or joint pain.
