Giving it 4 stars because I really don't like the smell. It smells like pina colada, in my opinion. Which I am not a fan of. Some people may love it. Upon putting it on in the shower, it didn't feel very smooth like typical deep treatments do. I will say though upon my hair drying it looks and feels soft and has great shine. Works as it should. Smells amazingly good and makes my hair feel wonderful. Very pricy but quality stuff. I found that if I just put a small dab and water to mix then put on my wet hair, it works beautifully

The bottle I received does not say “Original Formula,” which is what I ordered and it is quite different. It is not as good. I am really disappointed in Joico. I have to find something else. They really messed up an excellent product.
