2022 Harvest. These estate olives were harvested and delivered immediately to our world-class Alpha Laval mill and is available in retail and foodservice packaging. This ripe apple, fruity aroma, harmonious oil has pleasant pungency with a soft bitterness. Smooth, nutty and grassy with notes of nettle, it is a versatile, an ideal, everyday EVOO. The bag in the box technology is designed to keep the oil as fresh as possible, up to 6 months after opening.

Very tasty and great quality. The package came soaked from the rain so we took it out of the box and emptied into a tin so I cannot comment as to the quality of the box/bag or spout otherwise, really good olive oil. We will definitely be making this our regular.

I love Seka Hills olive oil. It has an excellent, peppery taste and we use it as a finishing oil. On the downside, the box we received was from the 2019 harvest and dated as best by 11/2021 for an order placed end of 8/2021. It'll probably hold up fine, but it's a premium price to pay for 3L of oil one must then use within three months. ... show more

This is really an excellent oil and I will be buying it in the future. It has a grassy taste that livens all the dishes where I use it. There is a slightly peppery end, but just right. I like the container, which is like that of boxed wine where it is dispensed without air entering the container. My one complaint is that, like boxed wines, I wish it had a hand opening on the top or the sides of the box for holding it while you are dispensing the oil. I could remedy this by transferring some to a bottle but I don't like good oil sitting around in a half empty bottle. I definitely recommend this oil and have given some to friends. I must say too that I like to support American olive oil producers, especially since some of the foreign oils have a dubious composition. This oil is labeled with the production date. ... show more
