Beautiful fountain, pretty easy to put together however the instructions are not good! the hardest part was hooking up the pump and putting the top 3 tiers over the pump and then the small tube got kinked and wouldn't let the water flow once we put it all together. We took the small connector hose off and it worked perfectly, just an fyi in case you have the same problem. One of the lights didn't work so the seller shipped me a new pump and lights very quickly. Overall I am very happy with my new fountain!

I bought this fountain because it was the tallest one I could find at this price point. Installed in late September & October in New England. Dismantled and stored upper bowls in garage over winter. Covered stand/main bowl with a fountain cover for the winter since the wiring would be a pain to pull up (had my husband rewire to get a longer cord). Reinstalled in May - cool/rainy weather until the first week of July where it shot up to 80s/90* for a few days. Pros: sounds great, up lights in main bowl, tall focal point, lots of compliments from neighbors. Birds love it. Cons: Birds love it - gets filthy quickly with droppings (not the fountain'fault but requires constant cleaning, even using fountain additive), main bowl is too small so water lasts only one day if there's a slight breeze as it mostly goes out - constantly refilling feels wasteful. Color is chipping off after only a few months outside. Sections screw together and are not uniform so it was always slightly crooked for each bowl. I leveled the main bowl and base. Apparently it's hollow (resin or fiberglass? - it's very light) and when I came home from a week's vacation, found one section warped from the day or two of 90* sunny weather we had. This is in full sun. I will turn it 180* and see if I can get it to melt/sag/warp evenly. This will not last. Didn't want to spend upwards of $1500 for a statement piece but it's looking that way. UPDATE: the melting issue only got worse as the weight at the top continued to pull the top over even more as it melted more in direct sun. Then the main bowl cracked as it was warping so much and all the water drained out. These were not 100* temps - just 80s and low 90s. It's an outdoor fountain, it should be able to withstand sunlight. Might be OK if you keep it in shade or inside. Because it was past the return window they wouldn't refund my money (for only a few months of use!) but they offered to send me a new one but I don't have a shady spot to put it so that's no good for me. Poor design/manufacture. Trash.

Works fine. Looks great. Assembly is ok but challenging; you have to work from the bottom up but then you have to put the top three pieces together and then try to connect them to the bottom three pieces. It supposedly weighs 70 pounds put together but it doesn’t seem very sturdy it is very lightweight material and I hope a strong wind doesn’t blow it over. Overall I’m very impressed.

Looks beautiful. Works well. Not heavy but need two people to assemble. The rubber hose that connects to the pump is short and barely reaches. Need a second person to hold the upper fountain parts up in order to plug in the hose. There is a small extension hose provided but it doesn't fit. Regardless, if you have a helper, quick assembly. Instructions are limited. You will like it once you get it assembled!

If you're looking for a more cost effective way to incorporate the elegance of a fountain in your landscaping, look no further!! This is a lovely fountain. It is sturdy, but not so heavy that you can't move it. I'm so pleased with this product. The day I installed it, I opened the windows so I could listen to the water cascading from tier to tier. So relaxing!! The fountain came packaged very well. It was encased in form fitting styrofoam. All pieces were perfect. I was worried about the color as it was just listed as "stone". What does that even mean? Tan, gray, cream?? The picture online appeared more copper in color, but I found it to be darker. Don't get me wrong - I am pleased with the color as it compliments the brick, stucco, and trim of my home. I just wanted to point out that it's difficult to get an accurate color from online pictures in general. Instead of just placing the fountain in my flower bed on the bare ground, I created a flat, level surface using leftover landscaping border stones. I had priced 4 tiered stained concrete fountains from stores in my area. With installation, they were $1200!!!! This is a much better deal for sure!

Arrived on time, easy to assemble, it looks like concrete, is not heavy so if needs to be adjusted is quite simple not heavy equipment needed. The only con I can find is the water level gets lowered quite fast, my guess is due to water splashes just like all other fountains. In our case we add water once a day, we also have a timer so it’s not running all day. Other than this this is a great product.

I purchased this product on 9/1/21. It arrived @a week later and I put it into storage over winter. When I brought it out for the initial assembly in May of 2022, I noticed that a couple of the columns had cracks in them. Rather than repackage and send it back, I fixed the cracks with gorilla glue and assembled the fountain. One of the two pump lights did not work, so I contacted the seller and received a new pump with new lights. The fountain worked fine. We disassembled and put into storage for the winter of 22-23. When I took it out and reassembled it @May 22, 2023, I noticed more cracks in the columns, so I gorilla-glued them. When dry, I reassembled the fountain. Both fountain and pump worked fine for about 2-3 weeks when the pump slowly died. I bought a new pump but discovered that the pumps I can buy off the shelf have male plugs that are too big to fit through the central pipe. We have 3 other fountains on our property and this product replaced one we had for @12 years, so I have plenty of experience with fountains like this. Now I have a fountain that has cracks in its columns, a pump that doesn't work, and no way to fix it. I received a response from the seller who said that nothing could be done because it was past the warranty period. Now, I've discovered some actual holes where the resin coating was so thin that a hole developed on the edge of the bottom bowl. So, here we are with a fountain we've had less than 2 years with a pump that's already been replaced twice, a bowl with a hole on its outside, and multiple cracks in the columns. Needless to say, we're VERY disappointed with this product.

I've been shopping for a substantial fountain for some time now. THIS IS IT! See for yourself... it's gorgeous and makes a lovely sound. Color goes well with our light brick house. This was by far the best price I could find for a LARGER tiered fountain. I was hesitant to order such an item off Amazon but it came well packaged and in good condition. I like that this 'plugs in'. I have a smaller chargeable battery fountain and it's difficult to keep charged properly. Yes, you may need to fill frequently as water evaporates. Part of fountain care.
