The media could not be loaded. Update: have had this for a couple of years now and still looks and sounds great. Increasing it to 5 stars because I love it. And turns out, the chips make it look more real/natural because of the color variation. Cute fountain, sounds really pretty. I am giving it a there because when I got it, it looked the box had been thrown off a building. The cardboard looked fine, but the thick styrofoam packaging was cracked and broken in multiple places. Pieces of the dark grey fountain had chopped off in multiple places, exposing the tan color under the paint. Fortunately, there does not appear to be any cracks in the base, and I have had it for about 3 weeks. I wouldn't recommend leaving it running all the time, as it does splash and could run out of water (this happened the first night). Otherwise, I love the product, and it looks pretty at night!

Horrible fountain!!!! What a mistake to buy this product! Has been nothing but a nightmare since i purchased it!!! Does not work properly! Came chipped and hasn't not worked right!! Tried to reach put to the company when I received the item and they never got back to me! Have only had it for like 3 months and it is no longer working correctly anymore, the water doesn't flow anymore!!! Will prob have to get another fountain now and spend more money!!! What a waste of $200!!!! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!! Super bummed as it really is a cute looking fountain but not worth the pain in dealing with its non-funtionality!!! :(

Several microcracks/leaks in the base and one in an upper bowl added up to a lot of leakage even when turned off. I really liked it the first two days, wondered why it had lost so much water, then saw a big puddle and wet carpet. For outdoors with daily refill I guess it wouldn't matter but otherwise, this one wasn't useable. :( It's heavy and takes time to set up, so it's disappointing it leaks so much. I'll update review regarding customer service when I know more about that piece, but the fountain I got wasn't realistically usable.

This is so pretty at night and I love the way it looks during the day. It is exactly what i was hoping for . The only thing I would change is the hose could be slightly longer so it would reach to the base better but I really am satisfied.
