This is a great looking fountain for our garden. It is a little louder than I anticipated but it is still very pleasing to hear. Kudos to the reviewers who suggested spraying it with a clear sealer before use. I used Krylon Clear Glass sealer and it looks even better than straight out of the box. Yes ... it does indeed splash out more than I thought it would so you don't want to use it in a place that can't get wet. I found it very easy to assemble and can't agree with those who found connecting the tube to the pump through the little access door difficult. I accomplished the task without any problems. The pump does not have to sit on its suction cups when you put it back in the little door. It works fine on its side as long as its submerged in water. Very enjoyable.

Lamps Plus, I just wanted to send a note of thanks for the replacement unit we just received . Your people were all most courteous to us in resolving the issues with the fountain we purchased. It’s always a refreshing experience when one can be treated as professionally as we have been. Sometimes something goes wrong in the manufacting process with mass produced products and we all know that can happen anytime we purchase anything, but what greatly makes a difference is when a company like yours ( Lamps Plus) stands by their word and products and makes an extra effort to satisfy and make good on a defect or problem. Thank you for treating us like a valued customer. We will be looking to do business with you again. We just love the Ravenna Italian 43” fountain. The unit really added to our enjoyment of this past summer. It sits in a planting area by our screened in porch and we enjoyed the birds that came every day to take plunge baths for 5 minutes at a time! We found a humming bird actually floated on top of the water coming out of the spout for awhile before finally”falling” off !! The sound of the water trickling is relaxing and will be missed this winter. A timer was added to the pump to run during daylight hours. A 16” square paving stone in similar color was bedded in gravel and set level before placing the fountain. Installation was easy and staight forward. E T L Rhode Island

I love my new fountain! It was very easy to put together and works great! I would suggest the pictures on the instructions be made larger and clearer as they were very hard to see. I’d buy this again!!

I received this about three weeks ago, it was shipped very quickly. The fountain is just as shown in the ad. Fountain works very nice, I have it on a timer for about eight hours a day. Pros: Great price, very nice fountain, The height and width of the fountain is very nice, has a nice weight to it so will not blow over our fall, very nice pump has great flow, very easy to install. The fountain puts out a great sound. loves this fountain. Cons : The whole to put the power cord through the base was too small, had to clean the whole up to get the plug through. The cord could be another 5 to 6 feet longer. It does say the cord is 9 feet but you use 2 1/2 feet to get out of the fountain. I did as one of the other customer stated I lowered the volume of the pump down, but you still lose an inch a day of water. I understand the cost would be a little more but it would be nice to have an automatic shut off as the water runs low. I may Revise my review at a later date to see how the paint and pump holds up. As of right now fantastic fountain, I would recommend this to anybody tha would want a midsize non-stone fountain. It looks great from the street.

I have bought a few of these over the years - same size and type. Best one I have purchased. Easiest to assemble. The water tube is one piece and goes directly down to the pump. There is an access panel to the pump. The design makes it very easy to replace the pump if needed. Looks as advertised - good quality - well made - sturdy - and great finish. Recommend one.

We have been looking for the right fountain for a few years. We just couldn’t plunk down $500 plus for the fountain, wait 5-6 weeks, and pay another $300 for delivery and set up. On a lark, I found this resin fountain on Amazon and decided to give it a try. It is a wonderful find. Light, easy to set up, and no delivery charge (Prime). The water sound is amazing — not too loud, not too light. We leveled it, and set the pump to a medium setting so it would reduce the splash factor, too. I would buy this again. Oh, did I mention that we have four other fountains? UPDATE: 3 weeks later: I was super happy with this fountain until we found that we have to fill it 2-3 times per day and the PAINT IS COMING OFF IN THE BOTTOM BOWL.

A great water feature for a backyard. We do have another fountain; a wall mount that we also enjoy. I first "test drove" the fountain immediately after assembling it, which only took a half hour or less, and placed it in a corner of our tiled patio in the backyard. It worked well, but the thought was that it would look better within our planters, and farther from the BBQ and seating area. I'm adding this because the fountain does generate s decent amount of "water splash sound." We like it, but found placing the fountain in a corner of the yard soften the sound. And the location was a perfect placement that framed and featured the fountain much better than in an open area. Pros and Cons...? Well, as one other purchaser mentioned, the fountain does "splatter" into the bottom bowl a bit. I find now, having placed it in a planter area, that around the fountain at the base area, and for about two feet beyond the bottom bowl, the soil remains moist. That can be a good thing if you have plants that love the water. I've been refilling the bottom bowl about every two days. As I've shared in my video, I added a galvanized screen around the bottom of center pillar in the bottom bowl. It keeps leaves from entering the pump area and clogging the pump intake. I also put a short (2" x 0.75" OD) plastic tube into the top of the pineapple "water return" at the top of the fountain. It sort of makes the water at top a bit more dramatic and more noticable on it's return run... :-) Overall, we're enjoying the fountain. I'm planning on adding a "auto-fill" water float-valve, ($10 here on Amazon) to the bottom bowl. This will, as in a toilet tank, automatically refill the fountain. Now every couple days, I walk outside in the AM, when we're down for breakfast, and pour a gallon or so of water into the bowl. This is not a task with which I want to continue; ergo the valve.

If I could give zero stars I would. The fountain is beautiful. The only problem is they will not level up. I have the bottom level and then you put on the next tier and it will not line up. It has extra material that keeps it from lining up where it was molded. The company is zero Help the absolute worst company I’ve ever dealt with on Amazon. They are refusing to make this right trying to make me jump through all kind of hoops. Amazon is generally very helpful but on this one they haven’t been much help. It is an ongoing issue. I paid to have a concrete pad board for this fountain in the middle of my garden. I paid an electrician to run electricity out for it and then once I could not get it put together I paid somebody to come do it because I thought it was my fault. He also could not get it put together and told me there was extra material and pointed it all out where it had been molded. Once I saw the extra molding, I realize that I never would’ve been able to get this level. The handyman went and bought plastic shims to attempt to force level and still no luck. I’m hoping this company to make it right. This is a lot of money to put out for something that is not usable. I have put out so much money attempting to make this work and it will not.
