The media could not be loaded. This bed took me about 4 hours to complete, maybe a tad more. I put this together by myself for the most part until I reached section #2. Then I needed my daughter to hold up the headboard. It’s a heavy bed. This part took some time trying to screw the (mirror metal G parts on). Finally I realized if I just left off the #8 flat washer piece I had enough room to screw in #2 screws. The bed takes a lot of time putting together but the instructions were easy to read, lots of pieces but once the bed is all done, it’s super sturdy. This is platform bed that doesn’t require a box spring but my daughter wanted her bed high so we used one. It looks exactly like the picture. Feels high quality, it’s so soft and elegant looking. We plan to have this bed a long time. The only negative I have about this bed is that it had a very strong odor. Not a bad odor but a smell that resembles plastic and what new shoes smell like. Is my best description. I had to keep the fan on for a week to air it out my house. But now the smell is completely gone. We love this bed, it far exceeded my expectations. ... show more

    • Poor quality and difficulty to assemble, no transparency that the buyer has to pay for the return.

the item has very poor quality, not what it looks like on photo. Heavy item and seller does not issue a return liable for free. The buyer is responsible for shipping. the shipping cost is too high that you better dump it in garbage vs returning it. We had difficult to assemble the item, I paid to my handyman to instal , yet was not to instal properly and when we had to return it back the seller gave us hard time. please do not put yourself to the position we are. you will get stuck with a junk that need to garbage it ... show more

Every piece felt like good quality as I was putting it together. It took me about 2 hours to put together myself taking my time. I took off one star because I wish the back boards/padded panels didn’t have any gaps/was almost air tight and that the color was a bit brighter, but that’s just being picky. I really like the look of the bed, but it definitely is not white. I was going for a black and white room and it's a true cream color so it throws off everything in my room and makes it look yellow . Definitely would not keep if was not already put together, now I'm stuck with it!

This bed has been a wonderful piece of furniture. Bought it a few months ago and it is study and beautiful. Very happy with it! Something to note with the color - it is more of an ivory / cream that leans more yellow instead of white. Not an issue for me but something to be aware of.
