Packaging was the only issue I encountered. One side and the front panel both had dents and bent hinges. I was able to make it work but feel like better pakaging would have prevented this. This yard cart has been a great addition to my property. The steel bed and 500 lb capacity make it perfect for hauling everything from firewood to yard debris, and it feels really solid when in use.
