Packaging was the only issue I encountered. One side and the front panel both had dents and bent hinges. I was able to make it work but feel like better pakaging would have prevented this. This yard cart has been a great addition to my property. The steel bed and 500 lb capacity make it perfect for hauling everything from firewood to yard debris, and it feels really solid when in use. The dump feature is smooth — one quick pull and everything empties out without struggling or tipping. I especially like the removable side rails; they make it easy to load larger items, and I can take them off for storage when I’m done. The hitch feature is clever too — I connected a second cart for big cleanup jobs, and it doubled my hauling space with no problem. My husband is super happy with this utility trailer and has used it all summer for a variety of uses. It was easy to assemble and is very easy to hook up to our lawn tractor. The tires have a good rubber surface, and the tilt feature makes this very easy to dump or unload for things like soil or mulch. The rails for the sides add to its functions and ability to carry different things. The sides can also be removed and this can even be pulled by hand.
