Why did I only receive part of the shipment? This product ships in three separate boxes and may arrive at different times. Please wait for both before setup. Can one person install it alone, or is a team required? This spacious greenhouse requires at least two people for assembly. While installation may take some time and patience, the end result is well worth the effort. Why don’t the panels, tubes, or other parts align properly during assembly? Misalignment is often due to uneven ground or incorrect assembly order. Build on a flat surface, keep screws loose for adjustment, and tighten them after proper alignment. I am very happy with this greenhouse. The parts were all numbered and had no defects. The quality is good and the pieces fit together nicely. I really like the double doors and the large side windows that close very tight. It is a nice looking greenhouse. The instructions were a bit challenging in several spots but that was overcome with a little bit of brain power. Customer service is also an option if needed. This is overall a good greenhouse. It took us 3 days to put up (the instructions are not the best, so we had to keep disassembling and re-assembling). This is our 4th polycarbonate greenhouse we have ever built (the other 3 were palram). I agree with other reviewers, level out the land first. If not, you will have issues. Once you are midway through the build, you will start to see how sturdy the structure is. The gutter system is probably the worst feature of the greenhouse because it doesn't really work (it leaks). And we are fighting water leaks inside the greenhouse because there are many part left unsealed (like the windows -on the top, and when you close it doesn't seal). Also, I strongly dislike how there is no top window. All the heat stays trapped. Overall would I buy it again, YES. Because its a great value and the lay out. ... show more

Ordered this greenhouse for my wife as a Christmas gift, the product was delivered surprisingly quickly and very well packaged in 3 fairly large boxes. The build was relatively easy with well marked components all wrapped carefully in groups, clear easy to follow instructions, also supplied was a small but good quality tool set, a nice added extra was a spares bag just incase any hardware gets lost or damaged while constructing. The trick to a great end result is to take time to prep the surface you are mounting the greenhouse on, making sure the surface is flat and true. The build with 2 people took around 18 easy hours over 3 days, this included the ground prep. In the early stages of building the frame structure can feel slightly flimsy but as construction progresses with the use of well designed structural components the greenhouse became very sturdy. The finished item looks great! I would highly recommend this item, my wife more is more than happy with the finished result. ... show more

This will take several people a long time to put together. Additional YouTube videos may need to be watched for assembly. There was a lot of steps that you have to put the product together just to take it back apart down the road. This is due to the poor instruction quality but in the end it looks great and does exactly what we need it to do and seems to be pretty sturdy even during crazy weather. ... show more

Instructions are very vague when explaining which way is outside. But tell you to make sure panels are facing out. I do not recommend this as you will spend hours peeling plastic on all the pieces instead of actually assembling.

Update: It has held up through several severe wind storms. The only issue with this is that it's been less than a year and the roof panels are already starting to yellow. :( Beautiful greenhouse and easy to put together, although tedious. My husband put it together himself, with me holding random things in place at times. We got the clear panels, and the rubber stripping included holds the panels in place perfectly. Only required some sealing around the gutter areas, and inside the bottom corners. We also used a sealing tape around the edges of the corrugated roof panels to keep water from getting inside the panel. Window opening/closure could be a little better, but we may install some automatic lifts at some point to help climate control it. Must ensure it is level and square! We placed it on a level gravel pad, and installed additional anchors around each side as we are in east NC and have hurricanes. Hoping it will last through any storms we get, we'll find out soon enough. ... show more

I wrote the below review a few months ago. Here is an important update: Eleven of the clear wall panels blew out last night during 30-40 mph winds. The clear panels are just too flimsy and thin to stay in the channels. I am waiting for the seller to come up with a solution to our problem. Will update again. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I really like the hip roof European style and ridge detail of this and also wanted metal vs wood for longevity. There were LOTS of parts and fasteners, overwhelming at first. BUT, directions were good, parts were all there. Step by step we made it through. UNBELIEVABLE! It was a little shaky before the roof went on; I would strongly recommend putting the roof frame on BEFORE inserting the clear wall panels. Otherwise they just fall out. The directions state otherwise, though we saw no advantage to putting the panels in first. DO NOT TRY INSTALLING PANELS ON AN EVEN A BREEZY DAY! Impossible! We are happy with the quality and look of this greenhouse. Only reason to give it 4 stars is that we ordered the clear walls which were much thinner than the corrugated, but look much better. The gasket they give you to fill the space so they don't rattle around in the wind is too small for the top gaps and the door gaps all the way around. We ordered some 3/4" backer rod which worked much better to snug the panels from rattling. Make sure your foundation is square; we used PT 2 x 10s on crushed gravel and screwed the clips provided into the wood... Filled the wooden rectangle with gravel after screwing a few cross pieces in and burying them. We don't get tornadoes or hurricanes in Maine. Just 70 mph blizzard winds from the north. We'll see! It was 110° in there yesterday, 80° outside. You may need an exhaust fan. ... show more
