    • Pretty and colorful jasper
While these are colorful and pretty jasper beads I can see now that they are not real jasper and are only dyed (or something similar) to look as beautiful as they do. I didn't break any of my beads open but I did see another reviewer do the test so I didn't have to. Thank you fellow reviewer! I'm not sure what I was expecting other than some pretty and colorful beads but now that I know they aren't real I'm kind of disappointed. I already knew jasper came in a few natural variants but wasn't too keen on what those variants were. I got the 8mm size in the "Colorful Imperial Jasper" variant and the beads look like the product page photos. Didn't know they would actually come on a string instead of just loose in the bag but that doesn't matter to me. Overall satisfied with this purchase and would purchase again if I didn't need real jasper beads and only needed colorful fake jasper beads. ... show more

Beads were worse than the pic and don’t even look like 8mm beads more like 7mm beads, other stores are more accurate and better quality. Edit, FYI this is for the lapis Lazul blue beads. Not sure why it’s attaching it to this color.
