Just got these to replace a different brand similar style set that I ended up dropping one good time and now one earbud won't sit properly to charge, and instead of fuss with it I gave them to a friend who doesn't mind dealing with them. In all fairness I did own that previous set for roughly 3 years. So I'm hoping to have these last at least the same amount of time. Moving on the the review. So far I absolutely love these. I read the little booklet that came with it explaining how one side controls the volume up and the other controls the volume down, which will take some getting used to while wearing both. However at work I am usually using one side or the other since I need to be able to hear my surroundings. I don't see it being an issue since it's connected to my phone and while listening to music or watching videos with sound I am able to use my phone volume settings (since my other pair didn't have volume control buttons at all, so again no issues or complaints there). I also really like that these aren't as invasive to my ears as other earbuds have been, the silicone/rubbery piece is more wide set and doesn't need to be pressed into the ear to be secured. The sound is great so far. I got the light blue ones and the color is pleasantly soft, I'd say almost like a pastel. The charger kinda threw me a bit, I wasn't expecting it to be attached to the holder but it doesn't affect my life whatsoever since I have a c-type charging block for my double ended c-type charging cable that I use for my phone. The battery life seems decent, I have yet to run them under 70% on my work shifts. I'll definitely update after more time has passed or if I notice any significant changes. I paid a few dollars less for these than my prior ones, I believe these were on sale but regular price is basically the same. Which is super affordable. ... show more

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I’ve purchased JLab headphones before. (I know these are probably supposed to be called earbuds but I use ‘headphones’ and ‘earbuds’ interchangeably. Headphones/Earbuds = wireless headphones to me) They typically have lasted me a year (with everyday use for multiple hours a day). I wouldn’t say these are headphones that’ll last you 10 years because they probably won’t, but if you’re being careful with them and not dropping them, letting them die, or using them 24/7 (like I did when I got my first pair in college)— they’ll last a good while. Comfort: These are great when it comes to comfort. I’ve worn my previous JLab earbuds for hours on end without discomfort or feeling like my ears are being squeezed. It’s been exactly the same with these, very comfy. Sound quality is also great! My music plays clearly and the volume is adjustable to be quiet, loud, or in-between. The little piece that goes around the ear isn’t tight or immovable, so it doesn’t pinch my ears; BUT it’s also not wiggly and useless, so it still helps secure the headphones. Also, bonus is that when I have my music on, I can barely hear outside sounds. The only thing that I’ll really be able to hear is if someone is loudly saying something to me or if there’s a really loud sound nearby. This can be.. good or bad, depending on how much you want to ignore the rest of the world. Lightweight: Not much to say, they’re lightweight. Not heavy in the case, not heavy individually, the case isn’t massive, and they’re not some thick awful thing you have to force into your ears (like most earbuds are). They’re easy to carry in a pocket or bag, and easy to quickly pull out and use. Color: The color looks just like the picture and is beautiful!! I’ll be real, I needed new headphones regardless— but the color choices really persuaded me to buy these asap, rather than saving money for a bit (which I’ve been needing to do) and then getting them. I don’t know what color they called the ones I got, but they’re basically a beautiful bright coral color, you’ll know which ones I’m talking about if you look at the different color options on the product. And yes, they really do look just like the picture. TLDR; they’re comfy, they’re gorgeous, they have good audio quality, and this brand of headphones/earbuds usually lasts at least a year (probably longer if you take better care of them than me). ... show more

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ These earbuds are fantastic for workouts! They fit securely and comfortably, so I never have to worry about them falling out during walks, runs, or while exercising. The sound quality is clear with great bass, and they connect quickly to my phone every time. The battery life has been excellent, and the charging case is compact and easy to carry. I also appreciate that they're sweat-resistant, making them perfect for active use. For the price, these earbuds deliver amazing performance. These are great earbuds, especially for the price. The only gripe that I have is that they're not as bass-y as I would like them to be. I've been using the app and fiddling with the EQ and I can't really boost the base level too much, but it's there. They definitely stay in my ear with a lot of activity and they have a really long range like I would say probably 50 to 100 feet. I manage a gas station at night by myself and it was starting to get a little quiet and a little boring there at night. But now I can do micro learning or I can catch up with my favorite podcasts and it makes the night go a lot smoother. The be-aware mode is actually really cool. I use that as I'm interacting with customers and I can still hear the podcast or the audiobook, but I'm able to hear them too. This product was actually recommended to me by my AI chat GPT. I really, really like it. It would be five stars if I would have a little bit more bass when I'm listening to music, but I've found that just the standard sound level is good on the app for most things. I actually tried the bass booster option and it actually felt like it was more tinny than bassy after that, so I just have it on the standard setting now. The sound quality is really good. I would say that these are probably the best sounding earbuds that I've had throughout the last 10 years or so, and they were also the cheapest. If I could give it 9 stars out of 10, I would. So I guess it's more of a four and a half. You just can't beat that price!! The battery life too, I can use one earbud for my entire shift and the other one gets saved in case of an emergency or something, but I can use like one earbud for the entirety of my shift and it doesn't die. Sound quality is good-avg, about what you would expect for the price. The behind the ear loops are very stiff, takes two hands to put them on. If they fit they are rock solid, locked in your ear. However the shape of one side of my head doesn't allow the earbud to stay in my ear, the stiff loop pops it out. One side sounds louder than the other since one side fits better. ... show more

Great earbuds! If you like compact and easy to wear earbuds, then these are for you! I love wearing these to workout because they stay in place, dont hurt my ears, and they are so small they can fit in my pocket. Not to mention the great price! JBL products are pretty great 👍

I have AirPods and AirPod Maxes, but both always fell out/off when working out. These were the perfect affordable solution. Sound quality is not as good, but I don't need it to be! They do the job.

I don't think I would keep these if the sound quality was not good for the type of earphones they are, in addition to their good price point. Although that being said, I had to fiddle with their app's equalizer for it to sound good. "Out of the box" sound quality is terrible. The case itself is not intuitive. The right earphone is on the left side and the left is on the right side. The case comes with a built-in charging cable, which I think is a good idea in theory... However the cable is *way* too short. It can only dangle from the power adapters I charge it with. It is also the only way for it to charge. I wish there were also a C input for charging, it makes it a bit inconvenient. I really wish the case had an indicator for battery remaining, a lot of the times it's a surprise that the case is dead. The earphones theirself have bad controls and are only completely usable when using controls with both. In addition they are not very comfortable and have to be "worn in" like a shoe. Whether it's the earphones or my ears getting used to them, I'm not too sure. Fortunately they do stay in place and I've never had them fall out by accident. I do think the battery life is pretty short too, although they charge quickly in the case. According to phone calls I've made, the microphone quality is fine/good. I generally would not recommend these. I am only keeping them because sound quality is very important to me. ... show more
