These have been fantastic! My much pricier earbuds from a major brand had one earbud stop working altogether, and the other physically came apart. I couldn't face overspending again, so I took a chance on these. Oh, wow. So good! These match the sound quality of my big-name ones, though I'm using them for audio books, not music. Every word is clear. I took a phone call on them today, and it wasn't fantastic, but I was in a super noisy gym. I'll test that in a quieter space later. They're a little bulkier than my previous ones, but they comfortably stay out in my ears, even when I run. They come with multiple earoiece sizes, too. The size is more an issue when I try to take them out of the case. If you have long nails, it takes a minute to get them out. They connected to my phone SO easily. I set them to pairing and put them near my phone. My phone (a Google Pixel) recognized them and asked if I wanted to pair them. Yup, that easy. The charger is built into the case for these, which is going to make my life easier. And the battery life is insane. I've been operating off my first charge for a few weeks, and they keep saying they're still full. (They report battery status each time you use them. Super handy!) I love these. And at this price, they're remarkable! When mine arrived and I tried them, I immediately ordered a second set for my son. I bought these because I have small ears and have trouble finding small enough ear buds that don’t hurt. These are fine, they protrude out more than I want them too but the sound quality is good, controls are easy, and I have no real complaints. Ended up giving them to my daughter but will likely buy myself another pair. Can’t beat the quality for the price point! ... show more

I had a pair of jlabs earbuds before I lost them. They lasted me literally years I was absolutely in love with them. Unfortunately I can't find them and they don't seem to be turning up so I orded these excited I could basically get a new one of my old ones and try a new color. It is quite the sad purchase. Pros: - It works (mostly) - Lightweight - Love the color - Charging slots and earbuds are marked L and R - USB C for charging - Long battery life Cons: - Left earbud cuts out every couple minutes and I need to tilt my head a certain way to cut the music back in - Do not fit well in the ears (need to kinda be jammed in) - Noticibly bad audio quality I just want to say whatever my last jlabs were, one of my best purchases ever, these ones are the opposite, I don't even think I'm going to bother using them at all to be honest. It's my own fault for cheaping out. They look cool and they work. They also fall out, cut out every couple minutes, and have bad audio quality. You get what you pay for I suppose. ... show more

Nice earbuds for the price. The ear tips are perfect. I need to use two different pads because of the shape of my ears, and these come with 3 options. They are comfortable and stay in place. They don't have the best range, though. It I go from my bedroom to the kitchen (small, 1 bedroom apartment) the sound will cut in and out. When I first got them, I had a problem charging them.
