So I use this for several things. It work well for the car seat, the bassinet stroller, and her little chair that I have set up on the back porch. The material is nice, its thick, it’s warm, it’s cute, it’s stretchy to fit on several things. The only thing that drives me nutts is that the little flap is removable. Meaning, everytime my husband takes our daughter out of the car seat or wherever he FULLY unzips the whole thing and separates the flap from the part that wraps around the seat instead of just unzipping it to about an inch before. I wish it had some sort of stopper or clip to stop it from fully unzipping so easily. So it’s perfect in every way aside from it not being husband proofed. ... show more

I have gotten several compliments on this item do to its look and functionality. I can have my son in a thin footed onesie and he will stay warm in our Tx winter (40s and 50s) on our walks or to/from the car in the 20s/30s. I would assume winter up north you’d need fleece onesie and additional cover to go over top. It is very convenient that you can unzip the sides while you’re inside to prevent overheating. This car seat cover is a must have for cold weather. The functionality is amazing and keeps the little one warm and comfortable. The color is universal, it fits snug, but it’s also easy to remove for washing. The fabric is light weight but very warm!

It’s a nice cover, the only thing I didn’t like was that it falls too much and lays right on baby, I was expecting it to be a little tighter so there wasn’t so much give. I found it irritating in the car because the way the mirror was positioned I couldn’t see his face if the cover was zipped. So I had to unzip the side a little and fold it over. Not the end of the world but could be a little better. Aside from that, the quality is good, washes great, and the zippers work smoothly. It fits on the graco infant car seat. I am so glad we bought this for the midwest winter! I felt much more at ease anytime we had to go out in the cold, and I wasn't worried about a blanket falling off or not being heavy enough (or being TOO heavy). It kept her warm while outside, and we could pull it down for the car rides. It zips on and off super easy so on cold mornings you can have the blanket cover part on, but easily unzip and take it off for warm spring afternoons!
