Blows my Charvel EVH art series guitar away in sound and looks. Way better than expected. Neck is darker than advertised. The Drop D Tuna is not functional. The E fine timer screw cannot be used due to poor assembly craftsmanship. The fine timer screw must be kept twisted to the top for the Drop D to snap in. Fender does not return calls or emails. Think about that before you drop 2K. I don’t used the Drop D on my Charvel but that’s made better anyways. I’ll simply keep the Drop D snapped out so I can use the E fine timer screw. Bought a 1971 D quarter off Amazon for $7.00. All that’s left to do is cig burns by the machine heads. I’m satisfied and glad to add this to my collection but I have concerns about Fender and their lack of interest once they get your $. Be aware of them…… ... show more

It is all as it should be. Due to its lack of tone controls I use this guitar to hook up into my computer where I have software to make it sound like anything I want. I find it very easy to play compared to my other 14 guitars.

It's a dream come true to have this guitar. I love the shape of the neck and was very happy / lucky to get this guitar. It was shipped extremely fast!!!! EVH makes great guitars. I also own the EVH 5150 and it is even better.

Received the guitar 10 min ago. Looks awesome! Tried to tune it and 2 strings broke within the first 5 minutes. Not sure if it’s the strings or the set up? Any info would be great!

It's a five star piece of wall art as far as playing does not stay in tune . Junk!!! RIP off not happy

Guitar was delivered very quick and almost put in perfect tune However two of the fine tuners seem to lock up like they are cross threaded which takes time out of my day to have to take it to an authorized dealer to have it repaired
