She absolutely looks real. Purchased this doll for my four year old daughter as a Christmas gift. The doll is soft and so life-like. She fits newborn and 0/3 months infant clothing. I've never seen my daughter so happy. When she takes the doll in public, people think that it is a real infant at first glance. I would rate her durability a 7/10 she is kinda floppy but can sit on her own. U can move her limbs and adjust her how ever you want and this doll is definitely worth the money. She has a soft body, will fit newborn clothes and diapers. Will not fit the play diapers. This IS NOT the doll for a child who would want to comb the hair a lot.
