I ordered a few different knee braces to try and this one was most comfortable for me. The material is softer than others and doesn’t pinch until I’ve been wearing it all day and into the evening. The others I tried were stiffer material and not as comfortable.They pinched much earlier in the day than the Jiufentian brand. We are all built differently, so my experience might be different than others. I have ordered more of the Jiufentian because I want to have more to wear during the week and not have to use the ones that I don’t like as well. I gave it a 4 star rating because none, including this are perfect. I don’t think there is any such thing.

I was worried after reading some of the reviews, but this brace was exactly what I hope it would be! I ordered exactly to size while sitting, 20" circumference at the 4" point above my knee. I ordered xxl, and they arrived in one day. Two days ago my knee hurt so badly that I was barely walking with a cane all day. Today I wore a brace (only on my left knee) for seven hours, walking and in a car. No marks on my leg. The length above and below the knee is just right. It didn't hurt; it didn't roll. The moderately firm compression and the comfort were so perfect that I forgot I was wearing it most of the time . . . except that my knee didn't hurt!

I purchased these and a pair of the knee braces with the metal side braces and to be honest these soft squeezy ones work better. The compression feels better and the pain has an instant relief of like 70% and slowly moves to 100%. I injured my knee trying to do lotus position, I was able to get in the position but I pulled my leg up and after being in the position for about 2 minutes it started to be painful so I stopped but about a day or 2 later my knee was so painful I felt like I might need to go to the hospital (I never did). Anyway these knee sleeves make a big difference and I can go a day or 2 with out it but then pain comes back the knee takes so long to fully heal and this sleeve is a great help.

It’s hard finding a product that will fit my thick thighs. I’m 5’10 and 245 pounds. I carry a lot of weight in abdomen and thigh. These compression sleeves fit although they are tight. First day using them. I will update post to tell how they stay up etc,
