My new apartment has a living room with a large opening over the kitchen counter (not a breakfast bar, just the bottom cabinets). Sitting in my recliner I look right into the small kitchen that always looks cluttered because there's so little storage. I looked at several types of room dividers, but most would either block too much light or take up too much space. I found a free standing curtain frame/room divider and these curtains and am delighted with them. The frame uses tension poles from floor to ceiling and has the cross bar for curtains and I also got it from Amazon...Umbra Anywhere Expandable Room Divider. But these curtains are the real star! My apartment has dark gray carpet with a very pale goldish paint on the walls and my furniture and window curtains are deep blue. The gold and blue pattern on these light beige panels blend all the separate items and makes them seem much better coordinated. These curtains are thin enough to allow filtered light through from the kitchen ceiling fixture into the living room and from the living room window into the kitchen, but I can only see faint shadows and outlines of the kitchen from the LR. Amazingly, both LR and kitchen look bigger, because the curtains keep my eyes focused on one room at a time. The back side of the curtains are as pretty as the front because the wavy lines are stitched, not just printed on one side. To make them even better, the quality is wonderful especially for the low price and they had almost no wrinkling due to how they were folded and packaged. Definitely a win-win-win-win all around!

I bought these curtains to block the dining room entrances. We are replacing windows in stages and the dining room still has the old windows. Placing the curtains at the dining room entry ways blocks the cold and heat the windows produce from the rest of the house. As for sheerness, they are semi sheer. They do come folded in a plastic bag. There may be a few loose thread on the face of the curtains but I just cut them off. They serve their purpose for me. I have not washed them as I just put them up when they arrived. I am happy with them and we bought them in the 95 inch length.

I am so disappointed in these curtains because out of all the ones I tried, these most closely work with the colors in my living room. They filter light as described. Not sheer, not room-darkening. There is a bit of a sheen in the embroidery, which I don't care for, but you have to look closely to see it. The deal-breaker for me is the fabric texture is very stiff and coarse-- like one degree away from sandpaper. I opted instead for luxurious, soft and heavy chenille curtains from JCP at twice the price. I am very grateful for Amazon's free and easy returns at Kohl's!!

These drapes are beautiful. High quality fabric with nice embroidery details. If you are looking for simple but elegant these are the drapes for you. I’m adding another set to make them fuller because the are so nice. The price is crazy inexpensive for a pair. I did press the folds out.

These drapes are perfect. I especially liked the tabs as they allowed the drapes to fall perfectly on the window and looked well on the curtain rod. I steamed them once they were hung and the wrinkles fell out perfectly. These drapes are made well and worth the money. You will not be disappointed

The curtains are absolutely gorgeous. An amazing value for what you receive. There is an option to put through the rod or hang like drapes. I used toilet paper spaces to give them a better look. After washing & a low setting dry in the dryer, I hung them without needing to iron them. I don’t have a single negative comment about these.
