Car is cool, fast. Battery life is not at 25 mins. You have to unscrew and remove/replace battery every time it needs to be charged . You can't just plug in the car. Super inconvenient. Also, the wheel broke off pretty easily. Returning

I love how this handles. Had my youngest grandchildren for the last week. They were thrilled by watching this race across my fairly uneven back yard. It even made it up over the edge of my garden. Drove through there like it was on flat ground. Kinda cool it actually comes with a separate set of tired. One set purple one set black. Plus not only does it come with the specialty rechargeable plug-in batteries for the car itself, it even came with the batteries for the remote as well. Which is really cool. Since you don't need to worry if you have the right size or if they charged enough to run it. For the car it has two batteries, but only needs one at a time. That way you can have one charging while you using the car. Can't say yet how long it'll run between charges. Haven't run it that much yet. But we each ran it around our side, then each of the grandkids got a turn to race it around the yard for awhile. It was still going at full power or close to in when we came in. My other half was messing with it in the bedroom, to see what all it could do. Took it in there so he wouldn't be giving the grandkids any ideas. Not sure how long he ran in there either but it was quite awhile. So it seems to have a decent battery life, so far at least. Everyone enjoyed it. From the two 4 and 5 year old. My daughter and son-in-law almost 30 and just shy of 34, and my other half and I, he's 47 I'm 50. So wide range of aged and we all had fun with it. I got this for my freshly turned five year old. She hasn't shown any interest in remote control cars. I figured this was an inexpensive dive into them because all I know is I LOVED remote control cars when I was a kid. This did not disappoint. It took me getting it out and driving around for her to see how much fun they can be. She quickly grabbed the controller and wanted to take the wheel. True to the listing, you can hit an obstacle and keep on going wish is awesome for a young driver. In fact, she loves running into things because of the wheels (see pic). This car now 'karate chops' things and gets a laugh every time. Now my three year old is obsessed. The battery life is a bit short but it come with an extra. There is also another pair of wheels in blacks. Overall is a fun little toy that will get plenty of use. ... show more

For a four-year-old, this is amazing and defying all rules as the car can crash into walls and flip over any obstacle. Soon, trying to crack into obstacles becomes the focus, and much entertainment is received watching this fun. The batteries do not last very long at all. This is a fun RC car that has held up well for many play sessions with my kids. It's fast and pretty easy to operate, it controls like a skid steer which takes a little getting used to but makes for a very robust little car (no need for steering components). It comes with two batteries so you can charge one while you drive with the other, charging is via USB which is nice. Changing the battery requires a tiny screwdriver (included) and involves working with a tiny plastic battery connector and tucking the wires into the car the right way before closing it back up. This is too much for little ones, so be prepared to change the battery for them. The transmitter uses a pair of regular AAs, which are included as well. I like that they include extra screws in case the battery door screw gets lost, as well as extra tires in black. I don't think tire wear is much of a concern on a toy car, but it lets your kid change the color of the tires if they want. I have noticed that excessive crashing and thrashing of the car can result in the rubber tires partially popping off the wheel and then dragging against the body of the car. This happens pretty rarely and it's easy to fix, but it does happen and it may frustrate a little one who doesn't understand the problem. All in all, this is a great little car for the price at the time of writing ($15). It reminds me of the Tyco Rebound I had when I was a kid in the 90's, except this runs a lot longer and the batteries don't take all day to charge. My kids love it, 5 stars. ... show more

My 7 year old nephew really likes to play with this R/C car! It took some time to get the hang of the controller since you have to push both sticks in the same direction, at the same time for the tank to go forward or reverse. 2 motors, one for each side. So far the car is holding up and has seen a good amount of use. Im happy with the product and would order again! ... show more
