I scheduled a return of the broken one, and to my surprise. There was a new one right on my doorstep. Me being clueless as to what the package could have inside, I open it. There it was a brand new chain looking as shinny as the last. I'm trying to find a 26" 2.5 mm gold rope chain from Lifetime Jewerly. At Christmas time my husband bought me a 24" 3 mm gold chain from your company, it is too large of a chain for me and my charm biel is too small, also I do prefer a little longer chain. Would you possibly consider letting me exchange my 24' 3mm chain for a 26" 2.5mm chain? My husband bought this at Christmas time at a somewhat lower price so that is why I'm asking to exchange this instead of return and then buy a different chain hoping to make a fair exchange with comparable sale prices from that period. I would like to say that the 14k 3mm 14" chain my husband bought me is beautiful and I really love it but it just does not fit with my charm that I have. Otherwise I would wear it and live it! I looked for a 14k chain before Christmas and they were so very expensive. Gold has gone up so much now it's unbelievable!! The chain my husband bought looks as nice (or nicer) than the 14k chain that I had looked at premium stores and other online sites. I couldn't believe the quality of the chain that I received from Lifetime Jewerly, ITS ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL AND WE WILL BUY FROM YOU AGAIN!! This chain is giftable and the craftsmanship is above my expectations. I believe that it's sturdyiness will give me years and years of use and I will treasure it as I wear it. This necklace is cheap and immediately turned. They don’t offer any sort of lifetime warranty even though it’s called that. Do not order this product it is worse than a 15 dollar necklace from Walmart.

I absolutely love this chain. You’re not going to find this quality for a better price. If you wear it as directed, the life of it will be quite long. I wear my 24/7 so the color has dulled considerably. The warranty and the customer service are phenomenal. I reached out through here to ask about the warranty replacement and received a rapid response with a resolution just as quick. Some of the best customer service I’ve received and I would recommend this product to anyone. The price plus the lifetime warranty, you cannot do better!

I purchased this with higher hopes because of the description but ultimately knew what I was buying. I purchased this as a fashion piece, not to tell people it was real. Arrived looking great although It did slightly irritate my skin from time to time but I wasn't sure why until I wore it for four months. The clasp is not made from the same material as the chain and you can tell because of the difference in wear. The necklace, after pretty frequent wear, has lost a decent amount of its brilliance but still looks pretty good. The clasps look rather bad after frequent wear. Never wore it in water, all wear is from sweat and body oils. The piece that tells you its 24k plated that is in the clasp is annoying and sticks out, not a good look when the chain gets turned around on your neck. Ultimately a good buy for wearing for a short amount of time without the expectation of it lasting too long.
