We bought this Jim&Gloria squishy kit for my 7 and 9-year-old plus their cousin during a sleepover. Needed something that wasn’t a screen and wouldn’t destroy my kitchen. This delivered. What’s in it + Ease of use: The kit came with everything: molds, glow powder, liquid, mixing cups, sticks, even little plastic bags to store them. Instructions were clear with pictures, so my 9-year-old could mostly run the show. We laid down newspaper just in case, but cleanup was actually easy. No staining on hands or the table. Took about 20 minutes of mixing/pouring, then 1-2 hours to fully set. The Glow: This is why it gets 5 stars. Once we “charged” the squishies under a lamp for 30 seconds, they glowed bright in the dark. Not a weak, barely-there glow. My kids took them to bed and were obsessed. Still glowing after 2 weeks, though not as bright as day one. Fun factor + Quality: The finished squishies are soft, slow-rising, and didn’t rip when squeezed. We made 6 total — bears, stars, and bunnies. Each kid got 2 to keep. It’s a great mix of craft + science + sensory play. Kept them engaged way longer than slime usually does. Value: For the price, you get multiple finished squishies and an activity that lasts an afternoon. Cheaper than taking 3 kids to a craft studio, and we still have a little powder left for touch-ups. Tips: Do it on a tray or parchment paper. Don’t overfill the molds. And tell kids not to expect instant results — the setting time requires patience. We’re buying another kit for birthday party favors. If you need a no-screens win for ages 6+, this is it.

If you like squishies and would like to make your own, this is a great kit to consider. It has all you need, is easy to use, and does a fine job making fun and unique squishies for everyone to enjoy. You do have to wait a few hours for the material to dry in the mold, but that should be expected. If you're doing this with young kids, distract them while they wait for the final result.

I got this kit to do with my kids and we had a lot of fun making the little squishies together. The animal molds are super cute, especially the bunny and paw shape, and the glow-in-the-dark effect actually works better than I expected. The instructions were pretty easy to follow, although mixing everything can get a little messy, so I’d recommend putting something down on the table first. The finished squishies came out soft and satisfying to squeeze, and it was nice being able to customize the colors. This would make a really cute gift or rainy day activity. Definitely a fun craft kit if your kids love squishies or sensory toys.

The whole family enjoyed making this together. The instructions were easy to follow. There is everything you need in this kit to make the squishies. Gold flakes molds, pre mixed formula and a formula you need to measure., You do need to wait 2 hours so it sets and dries. Thats the only negative thing I can say about this product. Not only does my children have fun memories making these but they have the treasure attached to the memory. WE have to get more. They were so fun

Just like every other kid out there, my kids love slime, Squishies and the like. I got this for them as a fun activity and I ended up having a lot of fun too. The kit comes with everything you need and I really appreciate how complete it is. They thought everything from mixing sticks and measuring cups. It was really easy to do and the kids loved customizing each of their Squishies. It does take longer than we thought to set and I had to deal with their impatience for 2 hours, lol. They were easy to demold but they are quite sticky, much similar to the sticky hands or maybe even stickier. To help with this, they include some flocking fibers. You are supposed to coat the entire thing with it. We did that and while it did take away the stickiness, it really did change the look. It went from jelly to hairy. Luckily, the kids didn't mind, but I wish the formula didn't require that step so we could keep the jelly look. Clean up was pretty easy, but the measuring cups remained sticky after washing with dish soap.

This is an absolute hit. My kids love anything that squishy or slimy, and they love to be able to diy activities. It comes with mold, the squishy material, and even the choice of color or glow in the dark. You choose what you’re going to make, and then you wait three hours for it to fully form and dry. It was actually pretty neat. I’m always amazed about the activities and the creativity and projects like this. I look forward to more of these kits in the future.
