The parcel arrived without a protective package. You could see that the item had been under heavy things. The strings had left marks all over the outer container.

I normally use GHS, but these sound pretty good. It just seems like they go dead within a month. It seems to happen rapidly. GHS strings on the other hand slowly deaden over two months. FWIW, some people like the more dead bass string sound. They are more than adequate though. Just keep the longevity in mind if you like to have some zing for longer. ... show more
