We really appreciate the time released aspect. No tummy upset. I have loads of muscle cramping due to a medication I take and I need to take the full dosage daily. That's a lot to ask of my intestines, so 2 in the morning and 2 at night and I can sleep without all the cramps that pull me right out of bed to straighten a leg or step down on a foot. I have suffered from leg cramps since 1999, always in my upper thigh, in the front and inside of my thigh. I have tried every thing out there to help. Every home remedy and everything over the counter. Nothing worked. My cramps would be so bad that they would last for hours and hours only to return just as soon as I bent my leg. I would be like a zombie at work from being up all night. Then, my daughter told me she watched a video about magnesium so I was on the search. I came upon this product and thought "what the heck" I have tried everything else. I started out with just one each morning to see if it bothered my stomach. No issues. I have now been taking this for a couple of years and I rarely have a leg cramp but when I do it leaves so much faster and rarely is as intense as before. The dosage amount says 4 but I have been taking 2 and that works for me. I was amazed and will not be without it. I tried a cheaper brand and was miserable. I have been using this item for years. No complaints. Recently had a bone density scan and no osteoporosis, and I'm in my 80s. However, other supplements are needed with magnesium to get good results - calcium, boron, zinc, vitamin D3.
