Received this for a kids party gift. The carrying case is cute and it comes with all you need to make bracelets. This is a younger kid crafting kid so the pony beads are pony beads and are made for fun kids wearing them every so often. Not made to last. Great little gift for a kid.

JewelKeeper pop bead set with carrying case is nice. Some of the beads were harder to put together but most were pretty easy. They don't take huge amounts of strength to attach these. This is a great activity to have in the Pre-K classroom in September to get those fine motor muscles moving. Also a great activity to work on targeting and hand/eye coordination. You can make necklaces, bracelets and headbands here. All you need is a tray to keep the pieces from getting lost on the floor. These beads do tend to pop apart when kids wear them around the class for awhile. Colorful variety of pieces to work with and a nice carrying case with handle. Recommend for ages 3-5.

While the idea behind this kit was nice and initially we had some fun with the activity, the execution left much to be desired. The pieces are not as well connected as hoped, and the necklaces, bands, and other projects tend to break apart easily. Many of our creations didn't last long before they broke, leading to scattered pieces and disappointment. For a product aimed at the kids, I expected better. These are cute and I got them for little ones to play with. The idea is that they are easier to use to make chains, bracelets, etc for tiny hands with less motor skills. The problem is they are still pretty small and easy for a little one to put in their mouth... if you are not watching closely. I am also worried about how sturdy they will be long term.
