    • After 5 months of gentle use it stopped working

The media could not be loaded. Purchased this bike in December 2023 along with the 3 year warranty - I’d recommend not even bothering with that warranty if you still plan to purchase the bike. Since the bike randomly quit working, I’ve filed a claim over a month ago and have made no steps moving forward. I was offered a 599.99 gift card from Jetson due to the bike being out of stock and signed an agreement stating I would dispose of this bike, have not received the gift card or replacement for the bike I’ve paid to insure. In a couple weeks it will have been 2 months since I’ve been out a bike. I ride this bike to school less than 1 mile away from where I live. It is garage kept, in great condition, charges and turns on, but as you see in the video doesn’t move once throttle is turned. Don’t waist your $ here. The process isn’t worth it and neither is the money for a 5 month working bike. ... show more

I did a lot of research before buying a bike. The price and size of the jetson bike fit my city commute needs. I was excited to buy on Amazon for quick shipping. The bike was delivered to me non operational. It has no ability to hold a charge. Jetson approved a warranty claim, but I've had to call or text jetson each stage of the process because they don't follow throw on next steps. I've called to claim the warranty. I had to call to get an update on the shipping only to be told I needed to sign a disposal document. I signed and then received an email confirming shipping would be in 1-2 business days. I have not received any update so I'm called again and now they don't see the disposal form I signed. The costumer support has been very disappointing. I will update review if and when I receive a working bike. Fingers crossed!! ... show more

I’ve been using the Jetson Pro electric bike for my daily commute to work, which is a 5-mile journey each way. The bike manages to cover the round trip on a single charge, which is quite impressive for its size. However, if you’re expecting a high-speed ride, this might not be the bike for you. It’s compact and gets the job done, but I do wish it had a bit more zip. The compactness is a plus, making it easy to navigate through city traffic and store in tight spaces. But be warned, the seat is far from comfortable. I highly recommend investing in a cushier replacement for a better riding experience. Also, a word of caution for fellow riders: steer clear of potholes and rough terrain. The bike’s suspension will make you feel every bump along the way, so it’s best to stick to smoother paths. In summary, the Jetson Pro is a reliable electric bike for short commutes, provided you’re not in a rush and you make a few tweaks for comfort.     • If you use the motor too much it dies

I used it for a mile with half motor half peddling, I had 5 dots then it turned to 3. So I attempted to pedal without the motor on, it’s a BRICK, you cannot push it and you really have to PUSH it. I recommend it but at every stop light turn it off and wait it saves A LOT of the battery but I do recommend it. ... show more
