I always made fun of chefs who delicately garnish their dishes with micro greens and edible flowers using kitchen tweezers. I still do, but I bought these on a whim and I love them. They are long and sturdy and the "spring" is strong. They're perfect for turning bacon, chicken cutlets, or almost anything else you're frying. I use them in my non-stick pans because you have better control than with traditional tongs or spatulas with bulky silicone tips that you can't easily get under your food, so the risk of scratching your pans is minimal. I also use them for plating spaghetti. They take up virtually no room in my kitchen drawer and are so much easier to clean than tongs or spatulas. I'm not sure if the description says they're dishwasher safe. I hand wash mine. I never thought I needed them, but I use them almost daily.
