The most important thing to note when ordering is that your wrist determines the size you should buy. I guessed with mine without knowing the sizing guide. I immediately opened them and put them to work with a little 20lb kettle bell. I was able to pick it up without even using my grip. Great product, heavy duty material. 5 stars!

I use my grip strength enough at my job as a massage therapist and prefer to deliberately work my forearms like any other muscle group, with controlled progressive overload and time for recovery. Working them in every workout is not in line with bodybuilding principles IMO. Before purchasing these, I had straps for about a year which helped a lot with grip but they take a minute to set up. I wasn’t sure if these would work as well but was pleasantly surprised that they worked better! I had them about a year and lost them recently and had always been curious about versa grips since they are like the OGs, but wasn’t able to afford them in the past. Well I just returned them bc these death grips actually work better! As a bonus I love that they are vegan and the design. I can’t recommend them enough

They fit well and are comfortable. Easier to use and work better than traditional straps for pulling movements or for dumbell use. I'd say that they are a good buy. I use them daily now. However, they really shine at deadlifts, pull-ups, bent over rows, or any pulling movement. I don't care for them on any pushing movement, including bench press and military press. You can really grab ahold of a dumbell as well. If you deadlift, it's a must buy for you. Good product.

These work great for helping with grip. However, during a deadlift one of them ripped in half causing the bar to fall on my legs. I used them pretty seldomly since they were in my home gym and I work out at a separate gym as well. I would say they got 2-3 months of normal use and failed. Not worth the price to get new ones every 2-3 months.
