Compared to standard army issued socks, they’re not horrid. I absolutely love the way they fit and feel on my feet. I do suggest getting them if you’re using them in a medium work environment. They aren’t by any means a winter sock. However, if you want a decent pair of summer socks these are it. Also don’t double your socks up on ducks.

I got this to wear with my ABUS in highschool and they work well. Especially for 3 pairs, thus product is very affordable and although I didn't plan to use mine for that long, they didn't give me any trouble for marching or otherwise.

I am retired from the military. This is my opinion. I was looking for a replacement for some compression socks. The 1st pair I put on, one sock was already unraveling at the seam - a small defect that I noticed as the sock stretched over my ankle. The inside of the socks are rough and abrasive, so much so that I did not even bother to put on my shoes for further testing of comfort. One general rule of good fabric is to take your hand and place it inside, between the material of the item. Then hold it up to a light. If you can see any part of your hand, the material is too thin. This works for shirts, pants, and socks. These socks on the upper half are simply too thin. I was able to see parts the skin of my hand between the threads. About the only good thing I can say about the socks? They fit. I will be donating these socks to charity. If you want a pair of socks that fit, are uncomfortable and abrasive (as if the material is really, really cheap) as you work? These socks are for you. I've bought pairs of socks from many stores and many countries. From civilian and military shops. Domestic (American) and foreign brands. These are by far the worst pair I have ever experienced in almost 5 decades of life and traveling to and through over 20 countries. I've bought socks from American stores to bazaars in other countries. These are the only socks in my lifetime that I refuse to wear. I've worn some socks I don't like for weeks before replacing them. Those socks were not that bad. These? Less than one hour was enough for me to forever discard these. If you are in the military? Go to the BX or PX. What is there is far superior to what these socks are. Even the cheapest pair at the BX/PX is far more than these.
