I can wear them with my boots or sneakers or slippers without feeling stuffed in. They stay up just fine but are not binding on foot or ankles. They slide right on without tugging. I write very few reviews, but I’m so impressed by these socks I had to. I think I paid just about $6 for the package of 5; I believe it was a Black Friday sale. First off, the socks are of good quality. They’re almost as nice as my Smart Wool trouser socks. They’re not bulky, and they are quite warm even after wearing boots all day. My feet weren’t sweaty even at the end of the day. There’s enough wool in the fabric to be moisture wicking, though do remember the price point. I wear a 9 1/2 shoe with some large bunions, and they fit me perfectly; they’re even a bit too big. They’d work for a size 10 for sure. I don’t think these would work well for someone with smaller feet. The very few downsides are the sharpness of the designs and the length of the calf. The designs are cute and festive, but they’re not as well defined as they would be in pricier socks from a more expensive brand. The calf is a little short on me. I will definitely wash these on gentle and hang them to dry. ... show more

These socks are a good blend that feels nice on the feet. Unfortunately I will have to rehome them due to the socks being tight around the top that leaves indentations on my legs.
