Just got my product yesterday, the build quality is very nice for the price. I have big ears so and it fit perfectly for me. You also get a smaller pair that you can put on. The cord is braided and very long which lessens the chance of it getting tangled up. The sound is very loud, quality not the best I've heard but its good enough for the price for you to have no complaints. I would turn off system notifications sounds since its very loud on these headphones. Im a hardcore gamer who listens to spotify during my gaming sessions so these have been a blast to use so far. You also get a 6 month warranty which can be extended for another 18 months when you scan the code for a free replacement which I'm pleasantly surprised about. This headset is an amazing value for the price. They sound great and the retractable mic is great since it's not something I will always use. The cord is long which is good. Just a great product for the price.

    • Look and feel are nice but doesn't seem as seamless a plug and play as older version's
The design and quality are good. The sound seemed slightly metallic compared to my old Jeecoo V20U. It also only shows up as a USB audio device VS. Jeecoo-V20U in the system sound menu when plugged in.

    • Audio quality feels too distant
So there's a few good things about this headset- I love the braided cord, very good standard there. The aesthetic is very cool, and the light up RGB features are 10/10. Very sturdy, doesnt seem like it's going to break. The noise canceling feature is amazing. Honestly probably the best I've experienced, because I couldn't hear hardly anything going on around me outside the headset. For being noise canceling, I was surprised by how comfortable it was. I don't know how to really describe it, but the audio quality sounds like you're hearing music from the next room. I play a lot of games on my PC, and I had to adjust the audio settings from my game a few times. The headset I was using prior was just... better by comparison. I shouldn't have to adjust my audio settings that much just to try to find something that sounds "right". Also when I tested my mic output quality in a discord call, my friends said I sounded very far away and quiet. Needless to say it's not what I expected, and considering it was more expensive than my last headset, on top of the good reviews, I was hoping for something better than what I'm currently using. All in all, it's a pretty standard headset, you get what you pay for. If you're not sensitive or don't care about audio quality, this isn't a bad headset. I'm just very particular.     • The quality is impressive for the price
Honestly for the price this is the sound quality in particular is impressive. I have had other headphones around the same price and the sound quality doesn't even compare or come close to this one's. The directional sound is super cool, and makes you feel more immersed with the game you're playing. You can even increase or decrease the volume of the game with the really cool audio controller it has. The earmuffs feel great on your ears as it allows them to breathe a lot easier than other headsets. I would also say the headset itself is quite light on the head. You can also easily readjust the size if it was too tight or loose. I personally didn't need to readjust too much, and that will differ to each individual. The rgb light it has is a nice aesthetic, and there's even a button to turn it off if you're into the whole rgb aspect. The mic I would say is just as impressive as the sound quality. The mic is retractable, and you can even mute or unmute yourself with a single switch on the controller thing it's on. Could it be better though? Perphas but honestly for the price it's pretty darn soild. ... show more

My first thoughts are, the quality is sturdy, the sound quality is good, not great. But good enough for gaming! The mic I need to test still with discord and other uses!
