Adds a nice touch of color. Went right on my 2017 Wrangler JKUR with no issues. I haven't noticed any loss of reception. It's been through the automatic car wash several times and no issues. The red is still as bright as it was when I installed it a few months ago. Very happy with it so far.

Bought this back in fall of 2019 for my wrangler. After only a couple of years and being mostly garaged the red is now pink and doesn't look right. I would try something else that might not fade if you want a Red antenna.
