I love the hands-free aspect of these. They are convenient for listening to music while moving around the house and take just a touch when a phone call comes in. The negatives? It doesn't pair easily with two devices. I use my phone for calls and my tablet for music and podcasts. The earbuds don't show active on both devices in Bluetooth settings so you have to manually go in and switch. I have Bluetooth speakers; you only need to hit one button to change devices and pair. These are different. Also, I was in the same boat as many others that could have been happier with the overall sound quality. My cheap corded $12 JBL earbuds from Walmart are my favorite, but I got tired of the cord getting in the way. Thus my excitement when I saw these on sale. Once I received the buds, I didn’t play with the inner ear tips because I’ve never had to with other earbuds, so I put them in. Eh, the sound was ok. I found the added bass feature on the app. It didn’t seem to help much. I resigned to put up with them since they basically do what they are supposed to and I didn't have a cord to deal with. Four days later, imagine my surprise when sitting in my chair; I rested my hand on the cartilage of my ear just past where the earphones were (I was trying to be careful not to hit the earphones and activate the pause button). Suddenly, the bass amped up, and the room noise disappeared! Unfortunately, I had no clue where the other inner ear tips that came with these new earbuds were, but I DID have my old corded JBL earbuds right beside me. I removed the tip and put it on my new cordless right side. It was much more comfortable, felt softer, and the bass was there! I quickly did the other side. I am amazed at what a difference changing the tips made. I did find that the replacement tips were a smidge larger in the charging case and made it so that I needed to push down on the buds to make sure they connected to the charge, but I'm OK with that. I really don’t know if I needed a smaller/bigger size or if it’s just because my old JBL tips are older and worn in. All I know is that it fixed my bass problem. Oh, and now when I push on the back of my ear, there is no change in the bass. That tells me they didn’t fit properly before; I just didn’t know it! ... show more

Los auriculares suenan muy bien , buen volumen, y ni hablar de la duración de la batería de los auriculares y de la cajita de carga que los auriculares tranquilamente los puedes usar todos el día ( obviamente después de unas horas te cansas y los metes en su base, por ello Durán todo el día), el estuche dura tranquilamente 2 dias, la una queja que tengo es con la app que hacer que los auriculares se lagguen y hasta se desconecten. These have great sound as most JBL products. They are just a tad cumbersome on the part right outside of the ear insert. It gives the feeling that they are coming out even when they aren’t. Not stopping me from wearing them, but I haven’t tried them while running or doing anything with tons of movement, so they have been great other than the feeling. I was so skeptical of ordering ear buds that weren’t air pods, especially never owning this brand. But, these exceeded my expectations! The sound is amazing, they are so comfortable I forget they are there sometimes, and take calls that are so clear! No muffling. I’ve gone through a lot of $20-30 knock offs that were straight trash so I was very happy to find these within the $50 range. Sound is great, fits great in my ears and stays put while working out. Would have given 5 stars but does not come with small enough ear pieces. I wouldn’t classify myself as a small female but neither of the ear pieces fit in my ear very well. I have to keep pushing them back in. With prolonged wear can cause a headache.

I bought these mainly to use for Zoom meetings to replace my big Bose cans. They work well for calls and the mic quality is great. I’ve also worn them all around the house while streaming audio from my desktop and the range is impressive. These are my first wireless earbuds so I don’t know how they stack up against other brands. But compared to my usual $25 wired earbuds, the JBLs lack bass and clarity, and won’t play as loud. ... show more
