Convenient Ammo Storage (4/5): This ammo holder provides a practical way to keep extra rounds easily accessible during hunting trips. It securely holds your ammunition in place, ensuring quick and hassle-free reloading when the moment counts. Having spare rounds within arm's reach can make a significant difference in the field. Durable Construction (4/5): The holder and pouch are well-constructed and durable. They can withstand the rigors of outdoor use, including exposure to the elements and rough handling. I appreciate the reliability of the materials used. Easy Attachment (4/5): Attaching the holder to your belt or gear is a straightforward process. The straps are adjustable, allowing you to find the perfect fit. Once secured, it stays in place during active hunting. Additional Storage (4/5): The pouch on the front of the holder is a practical feature. It provides extra storage space for small essentials like calls, a multi-tool, or other accessories you may need during your hunt. • Great Pack for the money
Style: Rifle
I have several types of packs, some that cost 10x as much. As a matter of fact I paid twice as much at a big box store for the exact pouch, glad I found it online. The pouch has very strong velcro that can be adjusted for various butt stock sizes. The pad is soft to the skin and the padding is firm enough to keep a good cheek weld and get the elevation when using a pic rail. Pouch will fit a Tikka T3x 3 or 5 rnd magazine without bulging. Heck pick some of these up for Christmas gifts. I am going to get some more. ... show more

  • Great addition to a rifle to increase its utility.
Style: Rifle
I got this item for my 10/22 as some others did and they were right, it's not going to look petite on your stock. But it isnt massive either, I think it fits nicely and gives it a good look. The zippered pouch itself is pretty spacious. I put in my 2 extra 10 mags thinking they would give it some bulk but the thing is still mostly empty! I tried to put in a bx25 but its just slightly too long. I could probably force it in but I don't see a point in doing so. I added a small tool kit, cleaning rag, and bore snake and still had enough room to put in my flashlight and mount. great pack size without looking like a sack on the back of your rifle. As for the outside of the pack, there IS a logo so don't buy it assuming it looks like the image. Although, I removed the logo with a pocket knife in less than 10 seconds as opposed to using a stitch cutter, and it worked fine. Other than the logo though the image is spot on. The outer shell holders aren't made for .22lr but I can fit two of them in each holder. I put them both at the top because its actually not a super snug fit and if put in the bottom may be able to drop out. If you didnt care about how it looked awkward and stretched around you could probably fit around 4 rounds per slot of .22 no problem. You shouldn't have a ton of trouble fitting any ammo short of shotgun shells. the velcro straps are ALL adjustable and can be pulled off and moved around to increase tightness or increase/decrease the distance from the butt of the gun. The entire underside is velcro so moving it is not an issue. The straps are also held down by a molle style overlapping velcro so they are on there pretty well once you get them set. I am not at all worried about them coming off or getting loose constantly. The pad for your cheek is really comfortable. Mildly soft suede like material that has a nice amount of cushion. It isnt like a pillow where your face sinks in like some others but it will certainly make it feel better to fire (well unless its a .22 in which case there isnt much to notice flat out). feels about as thick as a couple towels. The material feels like multiple layers of flat packing foam with equal springyness to it. I didnt notice much of a raise when I put my cheek against it which may be good or bad depending on what attachments you use. I already have mine set how I like it and everything is still in a good line but now I'm just comfortable resting on something other than all weather poly (the stock gun material). Once the patch is off there is an ok amount of room where it had previously been and I think I may buy a velcro iron on piece to allow patches or anything else I want. Only con I would say is that it was mildly annoying to get it to fit just how I wanted it since everything was adjustable. I moved the back strap up and down 3 times and the velcro holding straps in and out a couple times before I had it where I liked it. Although Im not sure this is really a con since one that was sewn into place might have just not been able to fit at all and since this one is adjustable I can move it to any rifle I wish without the issue of it fitting. I cant say the patch was a con really since the effort to remove it was so extremely minimal, but I do wish they would show that it comes with the logo in their product image. - for anybody else using this for a 10/22: the takedown doesnt have anything for a sling so I have single point sling strap wrapped around just in front of this item. It fits without a problem so no need to worry, and I can use my sling as intended. If you are interested in a 2 point sling the single point strap works well with the barrel band which has a sling attachment and two rails. Here is a link to an example: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B003BAAJVG?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o02_s00 This attachment doesn't fit 100% snug on a takedown version of the 10/22 but it tightens just fine. I put weather stripping between the points of contact of the item and my firearm to avoid any scratches from the aluminum barrel band. If you decide on something like the example I showed, don't get one of the plastic ones. Lots of issues with breaking in those. ... show more

  • Rather bulky and unecessary velcro. For the price.....ok I guess
Style: Rifle
This will screw up your eye alighnment more than it should if you already have a scope mounted. Only you can decide if it's too much and take it off or add higher rings. It's bulkier than I had hoped and not a nice slim fit. Their is velcro everywhere and in places it's not needed. There are straps that are velcro on both sides sandwhiched in between more velcro! You will need a butter knife/popsicle stick or 2 to help adjust straps. For the the price it's ok for now but when I run across a slimmer more well thought out design it will be replaced and I will put this on one on the barn rat/snake/skunk/coon gun where it can be useful still. ... show more

  • Works well for my uses: Air Rifle
Style: Rifle
I liked the fitment of the product and it holds extra air rifle rounds and a tin. I like it for the price.

  • I like them
Style: Rifle
I use these to aid in building up the comb on the stock for better scope eye alignment. These are as good as others that I have purchased. The side pocket is functional and handy for storing some small tools & maybe some extra ammo. I do not use the ammo band.
